Plumber they sent apparently can only work on new plumbing items.
Beware if you own older house. Rude and broke first thing he touched. Don't be fooled by all the positive Yelp reviews. No FREE estimates as advertised. $200 trip charge and plumber told me he couldn't give me an estimate.

I had a very good experience with Thomas from Bright Side Plumbing. I didn't know this business prior to my call for a time sensitive matter. I got a call back immediately from Kalen and a visit from a plumber within an hour. I highly recommend this business for their scheduling, their politeness, and their expertise in setting up a new outlet box for washer/dryer. Everyone who answered the phone there was gracious and helpful. I'll definitely call them again!

I highly recommend Brightside Plumbing. They redid all the plumbing in my house, they had to dig out collapsed drains in my basement and replace them, they installed a new sump pump system, and had to replace the sewer line. It was a big job and unexpected. Kelan was very professional, friendly, informative and flexible. The whole crew was also great! All of them communicated all aspects of the job and kept me informed of what was going to happen. At the end of the job, my yard looked better than it had before it was torn up to replace the sewer line and the basement plumbing was much more streamlined. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

My sewer line was clogged with tree roots and they were able to set up an appointment quickly to give a free estimate. They arrived promptly within the time frame they gave me and even sent a photo in the text of the technician. ++++ It didn't take long for them to assess the situation and let me know of a special they were having at the time that I could take advantage of. They were able to get the job done quickly and take care of an add-on with fixing my shower diverter. These guys were friendly, looking out for the customer and did an awesome job!!! I will definitely be using them again if needed. Big fan! Way to go Mario and Luigi. ;)

We moved into a house with lots of plumbing issues and James from Bright Side Plumbing has helped us IMMENSELY. Service has been reliable, affordable, and high quality.

The first plumbing company we had out here (not Brightside) was for a water heater install and I had a couple issues with them. I feel like I was being gouged and the installation was missing a few finishing touches that James from Brightside noticed immediately and fixed for us.

James has also been very friendly and given great advice so that I can do some of the more simple plumbing repairs myself.
So far, we've had him out for a sump pump installation, to fix a leak in a kitchen sink, and to repair a faulty shutoff valve from our main water line.

We will keep using Bright Side for any future plumbing calls.

The guys with Bright Side Plumbing were great! My wife and I had an issue with a leaky shower and not only were the Bright Side guys able to fix that but they identified other issues with some of our piping and fixed us up and explained risks it would help prevent. Extremely friendly and personable too! We definitely recommend them.

Needed a plumber to check and startup a water heater that had been turned off for a while, and also assist with an outdoor hose spigot. Bright Side showed up on time, explained everything and quickly fixed what I needed done. I may look like I'm scowling in the picture, but it was just REALLY sunny with those guys from Bright Side!

We recently purchased We recently purchased our home and knew from our inspection that the water heater was past it's useful life expectancy and should be replaced. Not only were the sequential 40 gallon heaters in need of replacement, but the plumbing connecting them together and to the waterlines in the home looked like it was completed as part of grade school art project.
The work that Kalen completed was not only extremely professional and functional, the aesthetics are so much better than I even thought possible when looking at the old mess. He removed both old water heaters, installed a new larger capacity single unit, replaced our pressure regulator and brought the whole system up to code. And with their warranty we don't have to worry about the hot water heater for the next 20 years. The icing on the cake was how clean and tidy the area was left when the work was finished. If we ever need any other plumbing services we will 100% use Bright Side.
