i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! The tenant of my rental house noticed leaking in the back of her washing machine, and a gurgling sound in the kitchen sink with an accompanying smell. Bright Side sent out an excellent plumber, who examined the problem and took action. He ran a rooter through an outside pipe near the wash room, then ran another rooter through an outside pipe just under the kitchen window. He found massive clogging, and unclogged all pipes. No more leaking and no more gurgling/smelly kitchen sink. Also, he fixed some slow drainage in the bathroom sink by removing some nasty hair clogs. Worth every dollar!!

What I thought was just a clogged tub turned into a my old galvanized pipes (my house was built in 1950) being replaces. UGH! Jorge and Alex took pics and showed me the areas that needed to be replaced and quoted me a very fair price. The job took about two hours which I thought was quick. I will definitely call them again!

This review is long overdue. Today is the second time I have called Bright Side for plumbing issues. The first was to replace the garbage disposal in 2020. Alex came and did a great job! I think I spoke to Jorge on the phone and he was so kind and gave me a reasonable price for the work and replacement of the unit.

Called Jorge yesterday and he had Alex come out again today. My outside water hose had fused to the faucet attachment and no matter what I tried, I could not undo it. We also had a leak on the valve stem. Before finding Bright Side years ago, we had called some awful plumbers who not only charged us tremendously for a job we did not need, but also made matters worse - such as this ongoing intermittent leak.

Alex fixed that too! He even attached our new hose for us and and showed me how to unscrew a faucet water stopper.

I really appreciate good service as I work with the public myself and I try to provide reliable and excellent customer service. Bright Side definitely does that and it is so appreciated! It is hard to find a company with people who are not only tremendously skilled at what they do, but also treat their customers with kindness and offer reasonable prices.

Also, the appointment time for today was between 10am - 12pm and Alex arrived at 9:50am. Again, so appreciated! It is so nice that I didn't have to wait and wonder.

I will definitely call them for my next plumbing project and I highly suggest you do as well! :)

Jorge is awesome! Had issues with my water heater and he was able to come out within a few hours and save the day! Had a great chat with him as well, he is super friendly and overall an awesome guy. We had a main sewer line clog. I originally reached out to another company on Yelp and it also sent the request to several other plumbers. Jorge at Bright Side was the first to get back to me (within 4 minutes... and didn't make me jump through hoops to call to make a consultation appointment... he just responded via Yelp message with a flat fee).

Within the scheduled window, Moises arrived. He was very friendly and very professional. While he was snaking the line Jorge also came by and after clearing the clog they ran a camera down my main line to show me what was going on. Super helpful.

I was very impressed and pleased with their quick service, and my family was happy to have working toilets again relatively quickly.

I would not hesitate to call on Bright Side again in the future.
