Very fast to respond to yelps quote system. Bright side came and got his hands dirty to actually see if the line needed replacing unlike the 3 other plumbers that came out. I do not write many reviews but this deserves one. My 22+ year old water heater was leaking (yes dated 1998) and I needed a new water heater OR possibly go tankless. I got a few estimates and Jorge won the bid for tankless: better unit, better price and excellent service (thanks Alex!). I highly recommend Bright-Side Plumbing.

Thankful Bright-Side Plumbing came to our rescue. Mr. Sig Ramos, came to our home first thing in the morning, assessed the damage, isolated the problem, and worked on our hot water line leak quickly. He tried to save the drywall, as much as possible, but wanted to ensure he diagnosed the problem correctly. He double and triple checked his work, which included soldering a new copper fitting to the existing pipe. What a relief to have the water damage mitigated so quickly and effectively. He cleaned the existing pipes, all the surrounding damage, and was professional and courteous. Thank you Mr. Ramos, and Bright-Side!!

Although we did not use its service, Jorge's fast to respond, friendly and knowledgeable customer service, attentiveness, honesty, and flexibility throughout the estimate process was on point. Even the follow up after was thoughtful, and he really listened to all my concerns and crazy hypotheticals. Ultimately it was up to another party to decide which company to hire for the job, but if it was up to me I'd be confident in Jorge's work.
