I had them service my AC unit for years and clean my propane boiler. This year after purchasing the service contract my hot water wasn't working. they could come in a week. then it turned out that I needed a new boiler to correct the hot water problem. It wiukd be over a month to get a quote and to get it installed a 2-3 month wait. Dont waste your money on this company. Very very poor customer service.
