Just called Briggs to replace my shower faucets (which I cleared away all tile and wall to expose and provide work room). Apparently this is too complicated for this 'plumber' and they said they could not do it.

Briggs has been our plumber ever since we were managing group homes. He has always been super prompt, super helpful, super on top of the job. There have been situations where he could have hit us up for service we did not need for big money and he never has. Literally told me, if I did that for you it would cost a lot, call such and such company, they do a lot of this specialty and it will be a decent price. Real good guy. Can't recommend him enough.

Horrible job. They came and were out of the house in 15 minutes without solving our problem. All the plumber did was snake the drain and take the money. Did not check to see what the problem was and only listened to the symptoms before taking action that DID NOT HELP. Seemed like he had something better to do right off the bat and did not care if the job was done well.

Plumber came out to the house an unclog the toilet. I guess he didn't get it all cleared. Renters called later that day an said toilet it clogged again. I called the plumber an they said they warned the renters to be careful cuz it is old. The plumber said if I go out it will be another charge. I guess the don't stand behind their work. Would never use them again

Called him at 9:30 and left him my address and the wrong phone number (work phone). He came by my house anyway (incredibly grateful) and took care of the problem.

Completely fair pricing and totally professional.

Very friendly and someone you'd be more than comfortable leaving in your home to get interior plumbing work done.

New to Prescott Valley and we have used Briggs x2 already!! Super nice guy and a great plumber who knows his stuff. Easy to reach and shows up on time. Gets the job done and is very reasonable. He did some work on our hot water heater and installed a new garbage disposal for us. We highly recommend him!
