I would not recommend this plumber. He sold and installed me a water heater that broke 18 months later. When I called him he stated there was nothing he could do and to call the manufacturer. Tom stated that this is a known problem with the manufacturer and he has been getting calls for replacement about 30% of the time. The manufacturer has a 2 year labor and 6 year parts warranty. The manufacturer could not get a plumber out to fix the problem for 6 days. 6 days during January with children is unacceptable. I called Tom and explained the situation. I stated he needed to stand behind the products he sells, come fix the water heater so my family can at least have hot water and we can talk to the manufacturer about reimbursing him. Tom refused, stated he would not come fix the problem without charging me $150. I don't believe this is a man (business) of integrity and I will never use his business again.

So thankful for Briggs Plumbing. My kitchen faucet blew up and the water line broke. Briggs made me a priority and fixed it right and inexpensive. When I asked about replacement of my water heater he told me to save my money and just flush it, then showed me how. Honest guy. Not a guy out to take your money. He's now on my speed dial! I called Briggs to replace a 50 gallon gas water heater. I was given a quote $800 less than one competitor and $200 less than another. Briggs arrived on time the next morning and did an excellent job. In the process of hooking up the new water heater he had to replace a gas valve and some copper water piping. He also installed a pan under the new water heater with a drain pipe. He did all this at no extra charge. I am extremely satisfied and will call Briggs again for my future plumbing needs.

I needed a new garbage disposal installed . I called on a Friday and by Wednesday the following week the old one was removed and the new one installed. What i most liked about this team -they sent three people!- was the owner was training two apprentices - he was very detailed and patient with them. I got great service and they got on the job training. I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Tom installed 3 new Toilets for me at a cost of $354. He was on time and professional. He was also very clean and neat about his work. Tom did everything we agreed on over the phone. An honest contractor. Will call him again when the need arises.

We have used Mr. Briggs services a couple times now. He is always available no matter when you need to reach him. Friendly, fast, professional service at all times. He will fit you in asap when you have a problem that just can't wait unlike so many other places. Mr. Briggs is very fair with his hourly charging too. He doesn't charge you until the work begins! That certainly is a long forgotten way of doing business that I'm very pleased to find still exists! His hourly fees are also very fair. Whether he or one of his trusted employees does your job you can be assured it will be done properly, in a timely manner and with respect to you and your home. His work is impeccable. We've never had any problems with anything he's worked on for us. When he or one of his employees leaves your home, you can be assured the job has been done correctly.
I just cannot say enough about how great Briggs and Sons Plumbing is. We didn't know service such as this actually existed anymore. Let alone that we were only charged for labor that actually happened, none of that ""padding"" that so many companies manage to put into their invoices these days. Mr. Briggs is an honest and trustworthy man and Briggs and Sons Plumbing is run exactly that way.
If you need an honest and trustworthy plumbing company that really knows what they are doing I suggest you give Briggs a try. I think you'll be very happy you did.
