Called on a Friday never received a call back, called again the following Wednesday never received a call back. Guess they don't need the business.

I do not recommend bridgewater pump I had a septic pump installed for 2200$ that didn't last 11 months. I called an emergency repair by someone else and was informed that the floats on the pump were installed improperly causing the pump to run all the time. They also said the pump they used was too small and they left the old pump on the bottom of the tank. Thankfully I found someone to fix bridgewater pumps work. Unfortunately it cost me another 1800$

Charged a fee to come out and check the alarm on my tank alert box , when they could have easily told me or advised me over the phone to check to make sure the electrical breaker wasn't tripped.

No wonder the world is such a mess. People running businesses have no desire to help one another it's all about making a dollar. Never again...they loss my business. I wouldn't recommend you to do business with them either.

Really nice company to deal with and Bill is incredibly responsive. Have a problematic system that was installed by the builder. Known issues and there is little that can be done after the fact. When I inevitably have issues, Bill answers his cell phone almost immediately every time. He is quick with advice to mitigate the issue and his guys usually show up within 24 hours or so. Most recently, even during the virus craziness, he made sure someone got out to me to make sure the system was addressed before something major happened.

Just be cautious with this company. They say one thing and do another.
Had them install a second pump which cost over two grand to make sure at least one pump will keep working and the pump alarm still went off and had a little water in my basement. (This happened a few times)
Scheduled a trip back and I was told between eight and nine today. I rearrange my work schedule and had to have someone come and pick up my kids. At 9:10 I followed up because I haven't heard from anyone. They decided to tell me they had an emergency call and won't be able to come by until sometime around or after one. I asked why they didn't give me a call at eight to tell me they weren't coming and they said I thought you said you had the day off. Which I never said, even if I did not sure why they couldn't give me the courtesy of a call to let me know they weren't coming until much much later

Here's the good: fairly responsive & Bill is a nice guy.

Here's why I am unhappy:
I needed a new control panel for my septic system. Full disclosure- I know nothing about septic systems or what this repair/replacement would entail or cost. That's why you hire a professional, and Bill certainly is a professional. My main issue is it took multiple visits to assess the situation, determine a solution & install the new panel. Part of that is tied to the fact that the first 3 visits were from Bill's guys, not Bill. The final visit included Bill, and that doubled the labor cost. I feel like he should have been more involved, i.e. he should have come to the site at some point to figure it out, instead he came after the panel was installed. That effectively doubled my labor cost. He claims he didn't charge me for the other trips, so the final labor cost was fair. To that I say: why am I paying you for what feels like training of your guys? It wasn't the most clear cut repair, but it just seems that it took excess time/labor, whatever to figure this out. It's apparent that Bill could solve the problem, I just wish he came sooner to do it; if he had, maybe there wouldn't have been an extra labor cost (2x). Either way, the optics of that are terrible. Just feels like I got held over a barrel.

I discussed this with Bill. We were not in agreement on this. He did offer to reduce the labor cost by $100. He wasn't happy about that. I still feel like I was being charged double the labor cost to begin with, so a $100 reduction didn't make me very happy either.

Highly recommend Bridgewater Pump. They are 100% professional and committed to excellent customer service. They called me back immediatley after leaving a voice message. Setup a next day early morning appointment; showed up early and handled my problem quickly and with great workmanship. They could have charged me to replace the entire lift station pump but instead diagnosed the problem as a faulty on/off float switch. They also installed an overflow alarm. This company is excellent

Bridgewater Pump is hands down the best in the business! My septic pump electrical outlet self destructed on Sunday and caused my pump to stop pumping waste into the leaching field. I called a local company to help me and all they did was pump the waste out, charge me $550 and give me a name of an electrician. No receipt, no plan and quite honestly left me to fend for myself. The recommended electrician was very hard to reach and when I finally contacted him he was too busy to even listen to my issue. At this point it was Thursday and the septic was almost full again. Worried about the waste backing up into the house my wife, my two kids and my self sacrificed our showers and flushing until, Friday morning. That's when I called Soares Septic and they recommended Bridgewater Pump. I left s message for The Forman and in less than 5 minutes he called me back. After telling him how worried I was and that I had my wife at home with two kids worried as well he had a plan in place to be there that afternoon. By 3:00 I had a call from my wife that the problem was fixed and we were up and running. The Forman and Bridgewater pump were fantastic and I recomend them to anyone who might need these types of services. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name who helped me because he deserves all the credit!!! He knows who he is. You saved our house and lots of money!!! Thank You!
