Suddenly, Bridge has changed its business practices after working on my properties for a decade. I had an urgent need for a water heater replacement at a rental property. Bridge came to estimate the repair, gave me a figure and a date 2 WEEKS LATER that I agreed to. ON THE DAY of the scheduled repair, I contacted them to confirm the work and was told they can't do the work and to call someone else.

Take Bridge's advice and call someone else.

Rich and his partner are real pros. So courteous and helpful. Showed up when expected, charged a fair price, did excellent work, and even educated me about a few things so we don't blow our pipes out again. Rich Bridge is wonderful. He comes quickly when I have a plumbing problem and solves it at a reasonable price. The thing that spurred me to write this review is that late one night recently (maybe 10pm) I discovered that my basement was flooded up to my ankles due to a malfunctioning washing machine. I called Rich immediately, having used him a few times before, but never dreamed that he would call me back within a few minutes and arrive at my house a few minutes after that. That is what I call great service!
