I would give them more than 5 stars. My main line needed major attention. Brian was up for the task on the same day I was inquiring for assistance. what could have been a 2 to 3 day job, with so many of his team on board, it got done in 1 day!!!. he walked me through the whole process. Customer service, kindness, prompt, and knowledge were an A+. I would highly recommend him and the team!!

Wish I can give Brico Plumbing 10 stars honestly.
Because we are a commercial business other plumbers quoted me with ridiculous prices for a small leak and wanted to do unnecessary work but Brian knows his stuff, he gave me a fair estimate and fixed our warehouse restroom sink quickly, he also took all Covid-19 precautions.
Most definitely would not look anywhere else and highly recommend him.

Brian is awesome! Super quick communication and he came by same day to snake a clogged bathtub drain. He quoted me a fair price for the service before coming out instead of having to come out and assess the situation first. Would definitely recommend and will contact him again if I have any other plumbing issues. Glad I'm not standing in soapy water anymore

Brian and his crew are great! We have used them for smaller jobs, and used them again for our laundry drain. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and left the job site clean. I had to remove some plants in order to get to the main and his crew took extra care to remove them as carefully as possible, and also plant them back. One of his crew members even gave my plants some food after he replanted them. Totally went the extra mile. I would recommend Brian and his crew and wouldn't hesitant to use them again.

5 stars for amazing customer service! i am an out of area real estate agent and i called Brian, who answered the call, listened to my plea for help on a listing-- and went out the same day. He was already booked but went anyway, helped me get it done so we could get our re-inspection and he could have price gouged and he didn't. This is the exact reason i support small business. I had a leak in the supply line to one of our toilets. Brian came out and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. I mentioned another issue with the same toilet. He was able to resolve that issue as well. In addition, he provided some insight as to what caused the problems. Brian is great. I highly recommend him. Brico is our goto guy!
