In the middle of the night I thought my well was going to blow up..water was shooting out, the gauge was redlining..it was scary. The 2 men that came out next morning were both very personable & friendly..immediately put me at ease. Promptly fixed the pressure switch..they did such a great job I had them fix a couple other things in the house.i am VERY pleased & will recommend them to anyone I know that needs plumbing services. ..they're my new go to guys ..I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars!!

This company is very organized & efficient. They are on time and respect your property. Masks & booties. They are knowledgeable & professional in all their plumbing work. The prices are reasonable. They have installed 2 water heaters, faucets, toilets and repaired other plumbing. I won't call anyone else. If an emergency exists, they will respond as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

Regan is an excellent plumber! He is easy to communicate with, has integrity, fixes things the way you want them, shows up when you expect him to and is very clear on the cost of his work. He is the type of worker and person that you could have come into your house alone and do a small or large job without you needing to be there. I've only known one other plumber like that and he was overly expensive. Brick City plumbing seemed to be allot of value for your money.

Needed a new water heater. Andrew and Ethan came out on time and made quick work of it. Clean install too. Both of the guys were friendly and professional and the office staff was too. I will definitely use them again. They embody how a business should be run! Great job Brick City Plumbing.
