Can't speak to his work at all, because I had a leak yesterday morning and still haven't had my phone call returned. Would have loved to have given him business since a neighbor recommended him, but two days of no returned phone call means I'll look elsewhere.

I hate paying for plumbing work but I had a terrific experience with Brian. I called about a clogged bathtub drain and he was able to come over that morning and it took him only a few minutes to unclog the drain and test it to make sure it was open. He was clean, professional, and friendly. I paid $85 which I thought was reasonable and he gave me the price over the phone before he came. I know you can probably get cheaper rates from sketchier places but my pipes are old and I don't trust anyone. Also, I'd rather support a small local business person in my neighborhood than a larger company with a fleet of fancy trucks and lots of overhead expenses.

Tried to get my main sewer snaked. Yea, tried. I got ahold of him and placed an appointment. He missed it. Scheduled another. Swing and another missed, and I had to call to find out why. Got another appointment and strike three...no show no call. Not very reliable, obviously.
