Requested a new hot water heater to be installed and a drain line added for a drip pan. Was quoted around $1200 but was charged over $1900 for 6 hours of labor even though they were only here for a little over 4 hours. Some of this time was spent waiting on another guy to bring a drill. However the guy brought the wrong one and had to come back again which meant more waiting. I explained this to the office but no one cares and I am still being charged this amount. Also, they loosened up the hot water chimney vent when installing the new heater so it leaked after the next rain. I was able to fix this myself by reseating the vent and adding some sealant, since I didn't want to deal with anymore possible charges. Just be aware that they charge you for the time they leave their shop and return plus a gas fee plus equipment delivery fee plus any lag time while waiting on tools they forgot to bring. I saw some negative reviews when selecting them but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. After my experience, I would use another company in the future.

To put a small tankless heater under the sink which was an easy job - four fasteners to soft wood cabinet to hold a unit and one metal tube connectior from hot water outlet to hot water faucet - cost couple dollars short of $300 it is not even funny. It is classical rip-off when customer advised to use plumbers for insurance purposes and plumbers use the cituation in full.
Never will use this company again and never advised the others to do so.

I called Brian's Plumbing in the early afternoon today to set up an appt, and i was put on the schedule for tomorrow, but they called me today at appx 3:45, and where here before 4:00. They found the problem and fixed it within a hour. They were so polite and friendly and very helpful with suggestions. I would very highly recommend them for any plumbing problems you may have.

I got so tired of store bought toilets that continually had problems. Brian sold us a complete package toilet that I installed in ten minutes. It's tall and is completely what we needed. That you Brian.

What a rude woman I spoke with on the phone. There's no customer service at all. I haven't explained everything and she seems to be bothered about a phone call. You cant even explain yourself because she already made an assumption.

I've used Brian's Plumbing three times for a property in Wichita. They've tackled issues as simple as replacing a garbage disposal, to complex projects like installing a new water line, and running a hot water line to the outside faucet. I found the work to be of good quality, and was able to get them out pretty quickly. Granted, it was not always cheap, but few plumbers are. It's worth the extra to me for it to be done right, as I don't have time to fool with people who don't respond or do shoddy work. For me, it has been a good experience.

Loved that they were observing coivd-19 protocols, and wore masks! They were prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable about their work, and diagnosed my situation after just a few minutes. They had great, affordable plumbing, and knew their business when it came time to fix my leaky shower. I recommend their service to anyone looking for fast service with a smile! Thanks Guys! If I need any other plumbing done, when I need professionals, I have your number on speed dial!

Missed two very obvious things on a plumbing inspection out of laziness, but had no trouble charging for it. I won't recommend BP to anyone anymore. Bad business practices all around.
They have since called due to my review on Facebook asking "well what did we miss?" Husband explained the obvious. They admitted to "probably should've looked at that better and spent a little more time on it." And that was that. A resolution to make it right done by the business? No.
Don't go to Brian's Plumbing. I'll continue to spread the word to everyone I know.

Poor customer service. They seemed like they were bothered by me making a service call. I was willing to pay the extra money for emergency services but the attitude of the ladies who answer the phones made me change my mind.

If you are a single woman expecting not to be taken advantage of......AVOID doing business with Brian's Plumbing!!!!!!! I was charged $970.00 for a $250.00 fix. AND, after selling me a water heater I did not need, 3 days no hot water....I googled the problem. In less than 5 minutes with a master plumber, I found a huge leak under the house that should have been OBVIOUS to a plumber. They fixed the leak and charged me for it. They left at 4:30 pm. 2 hrs later, no hot water. They didn't turn hot water back on. They left again at 7:30 pm. After tracking mud thru the house. 7:40 pm, no hot water. Grabbed flashlight, went to my new water heater, that I never needed anyway......the breaker was never turned on. So, unless you want to go without water for days, spend money you can't afford to, and in the end have to figure it out by yourself.........don't walk away-RUN!!!!!!!! AND, if you're expecting customer service or to speak to the owner.....let me save you money and time - call a REAL plumber that is HONEST!
