Brian is a real loser. We hired him several years ago for some work, very rudimentary things, and he was fine. Not great but all right. Then, after a long hiatus, we called him for a job on our bathroom last fall and it was quite an unpleasant surprise to discover that he couldn't keep an appointment (no show/no call several times) and that when he did finally show up, he did a cartoonishly inept job.

It has been nearly a week(6 days) and I have not heard from Brian since he came too look at my breezeway for a estimate.I gave him my phone number and email for him to leave a estimate.I have called him a few times and left a few texts on his phone with no answers.

Brian just finished a job for me and I had to go on Yelp to state what a great guy he is, as well as a neat and efficient worker. I believe he could repair just about anything. We traded stories about repairs that we had done individually and I am confident enough in his abilities to keep him in my phone as someone I will use time and time again. He is a find and definitely a keeper for large and small home repairs.

Unreliable, tells me he can't make it a few hours before an appointment, comes late to the rescheduled appointment. Goes to home depot to get supplies, says he will be back in 20 minutes and I don't hear from him for over an hour. Way too much of a hassle too get a door installed.

Mr Brian and his partner were on time, easy to work with and very reasonable with their pricing. We experienced trouble with our new electronic keypad not working properly and Mr Brian called the manufacturer and worked them on a resolution for 45 mins. This additional 45 minutes was in addition to the 2 hours he had already been there for that particular morning. We are working on a punch list and he is coming back this week for additional work. I have already recommended him to another person looking for handyman work.

Does great work, will use him again. We recently worked with Brian to replace several light fixtures and repair some holes in the hardwood floor. He was able to come out the next day complete the work. He responds promptly to calls and texts and is very pleasant and professional. He was able to adjust on the fly, since in an older home there are always things that don't go quite as planned, and came up with fixes that got the job done correctly and affordably. Minor point: he doesn't take credit cards or electronic payment methods yet, so be prepared to pay by check or cash. Good to work with a local independent professional.

Very unreliable. An hour after our appointment time, I phoned him and he tells me he can't make it. I said I was counting on him so he said he could come at 6 or 7. At 3:20 i receive a text from him informing me he can't make it all. It was too late for me to contract with anyone else, so was forced to buy all the tools to accomplish the tasks myself. Very disappointed and would never recommend contracting with him.

I called Brian to replace my kitchen faucet and check a leak from my bath tub . He was an hour late replaced the faucet I had my own new faucet and checked the leak did in an hour and charged me $150.00 an I'm a senior. Lot of money for hours work and I had my own parts. My handyman retired so had to find new one. he would of only charged me $75.00 for hours work so I'll keep looking these prices are to high.

Brian is the greatest. I can't say enough good about him and the service he provided me. My mother is elderly with dementia and she needed some work done in her house. I live across the country and only had 3 days to spend visiting her - hoping I could find someone to do the work needed in her house. i called Brian on Wednesday and he came out on Friday. He replaced the range, replaced the kitchen light and fixed the bathroom sink/faucet. He also did a lot of troubleshooting for a new leak we discovered and isolated the cause. Brian is very professional, did a great job at a good price and is one of the nicest people I have met.
