Furnace was replaced, but was unreachable when it came to addressing a follow-up issue with a noisy blower. Was able to reach Brian MacDonald once and he agreed to send someone out the following week to look at it. No one ever arrived, and after making multiple attempts to contact Brian again to see what the status was, no calls were returned. Avoid this vendor at all costs. This is the first and last time I will trust a vendor sourced from Angi.com

Believe me if I could put no stars to review Brian's performance I would so I went online on home advisor put in all the information about my situation with my central air conditioning and I received a call from Brian which you could barely hear what was being said over the phone like it kept going in and out I explained the entire situation again to Brian he said he be out between 1130 and noon now timing wasn't exactly an issue he was here right around noon but I had already explained to him that the house seem to just be cool not cold like it was previously and the temperature seem to creep up during the day and there was one wire that was split going to the AC condenser so that's where we started to show him first was the AC condenser he looked at it for maybe five minutes said yup that's your problem broke the other two wires that were still attached to my AC unit which still worked but didn't pump as fast or as cold Into the house so now instead of having a sort of working central air system I have a no working central air system at the moment then he proceeded to tell me the entire unit needed to be rewired now all the way down into my basement I Declined the job from him and Then was hit with $125 fee which when we spoke on the phone I was told if I hired him for the job there would be a fee that would take out of the entire price for the job where I declined his services and he damaged more stuff within 5-10 minutes of being at my house what am I paying you for? Am I paying you for the 10 minute drive that it took you to come to my house? Am I paying you to damage the other two wires that were still attached and running my AC condenser unit? Am I paying you for the total of 15 minutes you were probably at my? And even if I am paying for all of that I don't see how 15 minutes plus you damaging two more wires to my unit cost me $125 now I've had to file with the Better Business Bureau To see if they can resolve the situation and if they can't then it's going to have to go further which is a waste of my
Time and absolutely ridiculous!! Why pay someone to come out to your house to fix something but they don't do a single thing while they're there besides more damage! Hack statues to get a bigger job out of it not to mention not even checking

Brian did some work over the summer for a property I own. He told me he was going to clean my furnaces as part of the job. At first I thought Brian was doing a great job but quickly realized he does not do what he says. He created leaks that I had to bug him to go back and fix. Moreover, one of the furnaces that I paid for him to clean, I come to find out he did not do the cleaning. The first time the tenants needed to use the heat this winter, it did not work. I asked Brian to work on this as it didn't make any sense why the heat wouldn't work when he just serviced it. At this point, Brian showed his true colors. He did not show up to look at the furnace, while he told me he would be there to fix. Sure enough I found another plumber and he quickly fixed the problem and said ""there is no way anything was done to this furnace"". I paid Brian 450 dollars and got nothing for it. DO NOT USE BRIAN, he his dishonest and can't be relied upon. Wish it wasn't the case but that has been my experience using him. Not reliable, not honest and lack of quality overall.

Great meeting and contracting Brian to reconfigure our main water supply. His price was not the lowest or highest. Very important to me...he showed up when he said he would for the estimate and the work...not everyone does that. He did a nice, neat job using quality parts. I'd call him again without hesitation.

Our water heater flooded our basement over night. When we realized what happened, I called Brian at 11:00 am and I was absolutely stunned to watch as they had a new tankless system installed 4 hours later!! His team was extremely professional and I cannot thank them enough for making an unexpected and stressful situation with an expedited solution in that amount of time. He also upgraded our washer hoses which were also about to fail and would have caused flooding inside our home too!
I will not hesitate to call Brian for all my future plumbing needs and be sure to share my positive experience with all of my neighbors and friends.

I had a complete heating and air conditioning replacement job done by Brian in a house that is less than 15 years old. Over $10k. After only 1 Summer season the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I had to have it recharged twice each season. I contacted Brian because he installed the system. He did nothing to resolve the problem. Here I am again in April with no cold air. I guess it is time to move on and find another HVAC repair person. Stay away from BMPH. He doesn't stand by his work and will leave you hanging.

Had an appointment scheduled for 3pm on Tuesday. Brian called Monday to say they would be there between 3pm and 4pm. By 5pm no one had showed up and no call to apologize, reschedule, etc. Very unprofessional and rude of Brian to think my time isn't valuable and he can waste it like that. Terrible way to do business. Will be letting everyone I know about this experience.

I am amazed at all the comments about how prompt Brain responds to calls because I have been awaiting for him to call me back for 5 days now. I have tried to call him and email him along with the warranty company as well. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Brian responded quickly to my call and we quickly set up an appointment to look at replacing the faucet on mysink. He came as scheduled and surveyed the job quickly. Unfortunately Brian stopped following up and the job was never done. we called a different plumber who completed the job in about 3 hours (it is an old house and the plumbing was complicated).

I liked Brian but wish he had followed through on completing the job. I think maybe he does not like tricky jobs?

I called this services as my AC unit was not working, they came spent an hour looking for multiple things and in the end told there is shortage in coolant. They charged $275 to fill coolant and told it will work in 2-4 hours.
I waited for whole day but it never worked. i called them and complained about their work and they assured, they will come next morning to do another check. That morning never came till now.

Please be careful before you approach these services. They are their to rip you off.
