I am doing hot water laundry for the first time in years and my tattoos aren't backwards in the bathroom anymore. It's like I'm 5 and it's Christmas morning. Brian is VERY reliable and professional, plus a really nice guy. Sadly he doesn't do dishes but I will DEFINITELY call him anyway for all future plumbing needs.

Brian is the best I've met. Fast, clean and great work.
I could go on about how he removed the old cast iron drain pipe,
Replaced it with new PVC pipe, laid plastic on the floor and then hauled off the old pipe
When he finished. Could not be more satisfied.

He has come to our house 3 times. Fixed our toilet. Fixed a clogged drain. He also came and replaced a good amount of the pipes under our house. All three visits were less than some people charge for one visit. Each time he came to our house in Morganton, from Hickory and never once charged us a fee to just show up. Never once has he gone over what he thought it would cost. If you dont hire him your crazy. I wont ever hire another plumber.

Brian showed up to help with a small job moving my toilet plumbing valve over a few inches. Not only did he do a great job, he helped fix a cover to the wall that the builder had left open. He came up with an idea that required him to custom make a part and he ran to the hardware store twice to make it happen after the first one broke during drilling. We really appreciated his attention to detail and help he gave us.
