Had some concerns with my AC unit and maintenance in general. Response came back almost immediately to go ahead and call for a date/time. Randy stopped by and checked out the indoor and outdoor unit making a couple of recommendations, but said that overall my AC was in great shape and there was nothing to do right away. He walked me through basic maintenance of the outdoor unit and gave me some ideas for my hot water heater as well. I went ahead and booked him for a needed safety adjustment to my heating system
So far so good, will update after the heating work, but based on timeliness, knowledge, responsiveness, and overall customer service; definitely recommend.

I don't generally write reviews. This time, however, I feel I need to share my experience with Brian, Randy, and the entire team at Brain-B-Quick.
The day we went to the hospital for the birth of our son, I decided to check if the furnace was working since it was old and clunky and it hadn't been on since the end of the previous winter (it was October so the days were starting to get a little cold). To my surprise, furnace wasn't working, and I was going to be back home with a newborn in just a few days after that. I called another service provider who came to take a look at the furnace, diagnosed an issue with the blower motor, and told me I needed a new furnace. They said they could replace it the next day - and long story short they didn't show up. So I called a couple of other service providers to get the furnace fixed but they couldn't come that same day - thankfully Brian-B-Quick was able to come and take a look within a matter of hours of me calling. Brian came and he diagnosed the problem again (it was the blower motor) and gave me a couple of options in terms of systems, and that they could also replace the motor which would be more budget friendly. We decided to change the furnace and Brian and Randy did the work the day following their initial visit, which I was extremely thankful for since I wanted that to be done before the baby arrived home. In addition, Brian and Randy noticed that my AC system didn't have condensation overflow safety switch and installed one without charging me extra. Overall it was a great experience. However, why Brian-B-Quick truly stands out is related to an experience I had this year - this time with the AC unit. Summer comes, and the AC unit is not blowing cold air even though the fan is on, so I call Brian-B-Quick again (note that I don't think they are a huge business so when you call it may go to voicemail, but they return the messages you leave very quickly). They remember me (and even ask about the baby), and Brian came over to check out the issue. The condensation is not draining properly because of a sloppy installation (pipe sloping in the wrong angle) of the PVC pipes in the original system, so thanks to the safety switch Brain and Randy had installed when they replaced the furnace the AC shut down and I avoided having water all over my attic. Brain changed the PVC piping so that it was flowing in the right direction, drained the line, and made sure that everything was working properly (the spent 45-60 minutes overall during their service visit). Once they were done, I asked Brian to invoice me, and he said: ""I'm not going to charge you for a piece of PVC, we are all good here"". I insisted, but he didn't want to charge me. I was genuinely surprised by this because nowadays you don't see that many service providers that think about a long-term relationship. If I hadn't had the furnace I would probably have had to pay them a service call fee or something, I don't know, but that is the least I would have expected (and I was expecting that nonetheless). However, it seems like since we've had them replace our furnace they felt like it was their duty to help us out as their customer - and they did it without charging us a penny. Everybody at Brain-B-Quick is extremely nice, they are very knowledgeable about HVAC and plumbing and they give you their honest opinion and tell you all the options you have (they don't tell you that you need to replace stuff you don't), and they are professional (show up on time, call back, etc.), but what it truly stands out is the way they treat customers as long standing relationships - it is a family business and you can tell. If you have any HVAC/plumbing needs give them a call - you won't be disappointed.

Based in yelp reviews, on a Tuesday, I called Brian B Quick's company number and was instructed to send a text on the voice message. I did that. I got a prompt response. I was told that they might be able to get to me on Friday, but definitely by Monday. I agreed. Friday, came and went and no one reached out to me. I didn't think much of it because the Friday appointment was a ""maybe."" Then Monday came and went with no response. That's pretty horrible service. Luckily, I reached out to another HVAC company (HVAC Plus, LLC) who sent a technician out the next day. They diagnosed the problem (I needed an aquastat), and got the part and fixed it the very next day. Too bad Brian B Quick was Brian No Show. I could have gotten my air conditioner fixed days earlier. Use his services at your own peril.

These guys are AWESOME! My AC broke earlier this week, when our 100 degree heat wave started. I called the number here and the VM said to text his cell. He literally called back in 5 minutes or less and then was over my house in about 30. Turns out I needed a whole new unit, and he graciously talked to my engineer dad on the phone so my decision would be ""dad approved."" Within an hour they got to work and I had AC again by the next day. The price seemed good too. I really appreciated the ease of communication with text, their reliability, flexibility, and just overall good customer service. I feel lucky to have found them!

I wanted to give an updated review on Brian B Quick. I have used them several times from complete A/C replacement to kitchen renovations and each time I have used them the staff is very professional, friendly, and consistently on time. The quality of work and care that goes into each project we have used them for ensures I get a good night sleep and not laying awake worrying about their work.
I also appreciate the flexibility the staff shows when an emergency comes up they do what they can to get you back up and running. In today's world their are people out there that want to make a quick buck and come back continuously, Brian B Quick does it right the first time and for that we will only use them and HIGHLY recommend you do too.

Best HVAC company out there! When we bought our house, we spoke with several companies to get estimates on changing out our indoor unit. Brian B Quick was clearly the most knowledgeable and honest and was competitive in their pricing. They didn't try to upsell anything, unlike several of the other companies. We ended up going with them and they did a great jump installing a new indoor unit and chimney liner and fixing some of the connections/vents to make things safer (there were a couple of outdated hazards in how the prior owner had things set-up). They also upgraded the filter system and left a ton of free filters for the new system at no extra cost, which will last us a few years! I should also note that they got the job scheduled within a few days of us picking them, executed the work super quickly the day of the job, and cleaned up extremely well when they were done.

The indoor system they put in has been working terrifically ever since. However, this summer, our outdoor AC system (left over system from the prior owners that Brian B Quick never worked on) suddenly had an issue that caused us to stop receiving cool air inside - during the hottest days of the summer no less. We were sweltering in the house. I text the company (another huge plus is they are unbelievably available and responsive via text) on a Sunday afternoon, and Brian squeezed us in Monday morning. He spent what seemed like only a few minutes looking at the outdoor unit and during that time, figured out the problem was a cheap dead piece and replaced it with a new one. The system was up and running with nice cool air within five minutes of him showing up. When I went to pay, he said no charge!

You don't get better customer service or work than what this company provides. I can't recommend them enough!

Based on Yelp reviews and background of the company I have called Brian B Quick to address separate HVAC and plumbing issues/concerns over the past 3-years. I typically do not write reviews but their service was excellent and deserves to be honored. Each time Brian responded within the hour and connected me with Randy, his right hand man. Randy reminds me of home, where I grew up in rural Minnesota. He is honest, practical, no BS, and offered support upon my decisions. During each circumstance they listened and addressed my concerns efficiently and effectually. Today both Brian and Randy stopped by and fixed my AC unit in 30-minutes and I learned more about how they support created a small local crew that focuses on high quality work. Great Business! On the first visit I was shown the problem and the tech was able to work out a temporary fix while we contemplated the cost of a new unit (which was ultimately needed). No charge for the initial visit as it was apparently a pretty easy fix. We did end up getting a brand new unit, a high efficiency one recommended by Brian B Quick. No pressure, I was given plenty of time to research the recommended unit and determine that it was a good fit for my home. Installation took 2 days, over which the crew was incredibly nice and respectful of my house and did a great job of cleaning up after what seemed to be quite a job. New unit is working great, I couldn't be happier with the quality of service from Brian B Quick. Highly recommended!!

Having plumbing work done is about as exciting as getting new tires for your car....and just as expensive. That being said, BBQ was well informed and a great choice for my recent Rheem instant hot hot water system. Took a while to get on their schedule because good people are usually busy. In the end I can only assume that everything is good to go as plumbing repairs are only as good as how long they last. So far so good. Def. recommend.
