Sincere thanks to Brian/Randy and the team for my daughter's new hot water heater! The inspection before her closing showed a really old and rusting tank that needed to be replaced quickly. While I was down to help get things ready for her move, I checked YELP for local reviews on plumbers, since we did not have any local contacts. As anyone who has tried to find a good plumber quickly knows, its usually not easy.
Brian's 5 star reviews were well earned! They contacted me within 10 minutes of my message on Yelp, and I was given Randy's phone number to arrange for an estimate. Randy was there 2 days later, provided the estimate and the installation was completed the following afternoon by their competent plumbing team. At the end of the job, Brain and Randy both came for a inspection and stayed and answered my questions about maintenance for the new unit; I even squeezed in a few heat pump questions that they happily answered.
I feel very lucky to have found such reliable, prompt and responsive service. Spending money on a big ticket item, is never easy, but it feels so much better knowing you had a reliable and caring team performing the work.

My boiler went out during the chaos that was the Rock N Roll marathon last weekend. Just in time for freezing cold weather. It was a nightmare even trying to find someone to talk to me about what was happening with my boiler on Saturday. I called different HVAC companies, some charging up to $200, to come and see what was wrong with my heat. Randy returned my call and not only gave me a time to meet, but walked me through the issue with my boiler to get an idea of what is wrong. No other company bothered to ask details. On top of that, there was no fee for him to come and check the system.

Randy came and did a temporary fix free of charge and discussed the state of my heating system with me. I have a house that's more than 100 years old without many updates. He presented me with a range of options without pressure to do anything drastic. I was able to make a decision to bring some things up to code without doing a full boiler replacement. My house is now warm and in better shape than it was before my boiler stopped working.

When I'm ready for a new water heater and a new boiler, I know that I'll call them to help out. It's really good to find a service that doesn't try to up-sell and knows how to work with an old row house.

Thank you so much Brian! I immediately knew we had to write a review after meeting Brian and his colleague. I messaged him through the yelp app and he was the first one to reply and answer all of my questions and told me he will come by the next day to check out the heating problem that we were having.

My heater works now and he also showed us what as wrong with it and how we could prevent/fix the problem. He didn't try to upsell us or take advantage of the situation. I really appreciate his honesty and business. I will definitely use his company and will refer him to others as well.

Randy might be the nicest person ever! I've had his crew over to my house twice now and they have been professional and courteous. Once for an HVAC issue - they were very quick and fixed the issue super fast and it was very reasonably priced. Most recently I called Randy with a sump pump issue and he had someone at my house within hours. This company is very reliable, professional and has been a pleasure to deal with. I needed a water heater replaced that not only provides hot water to my faucets, but to my heating system in my condo. After contacting several companies on Yelp, most did not service these kind of water heaters, as they are pretty complex and specialized.

I was able to get a few responses to my inquiries, and asked for quotes. Only Brian B Quick responded in a timely fashion.

One company missed the first appointment, then showed up for a new one, looked at the water heater, and gave me a verbal quote. We set up an appointment, only for them to cancel it the night before.

Brian B Quick showed up on time, and then sent me a detailed quote via email, which I found to be very reasonable for the labor-intensive work involved. I decided to hire them and set up an appointment. It was after this that another company finally responded, but too late. Timeliness means everything to me.

On the day of the installation, Brian and Randy and two technicians showed up on time to replace the water heater. It took six hours. Everything was done professionally, cleanly, and they explained a lot about the new system. They cleaned up and hauled away the old water heater. They also configured the new system differently than the original one, so my heating system operates more efficiently than before.

I could not be happier with the work Brian B Quick did, and will use them from now on for any plumbing and HVAC work. It's not easy finding reliable, honest, competent, and fair companies like this, and I highly recommend them.

Great to work with. Randy gave me a price match compared to other plumbers for a boiler and Brian and his crew did an amazing job replacing our boiler and chimney liner on a really cold day, staying late to finish the job in a single day. Could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely use them again for other plumbing needs.
