We had an emergency leak and after a text we got an immediate response, though it took a couple of days to arrange the service. Luis and his team were quick, explained everything in a way even I could understand. They removed the offending pipe and replaced it and let me know of potential future trouble spots with no pressure to do any of the work.

I had an issue with my tub leaking. I contacted BBQ and Randy assured me that it was likely a simple issue and would have someone at my home between 8-10am the next day. Today is that day. Luis and his partner were here by 8 and were done by 9. They diagnosed the issue quickly and showed me the problem area. He also made me aware of potential issues I may have in the future with some cheap plumbing done by the developers. But didn't upsell me. Just made sure I had the information to prepare in case some issue happens in the future. Everything was fixed (overflow valve) wasn't properly situated) and the area left clean. They charged a fair price and did exactly what needed to be done. They have my business for any future plumbing needs. Thank you.

Our water heater and HVAC system were approaching the end of their lives and we wanted to get them taken care of before there was a serious issue.

So we had the luxury of time on our side and got several quotes. Not only was Brian B Quick's quote competitive, but their plan was the most comprehensive. I'm not a big fan of high-pressure sales tactics and they were no-pressure at all, which I appreciated.

Well the work is done. The crew was courteous and explained everything. Everything is in place and working to spec. And we saved thousands not going with that other company with all the TV commercials. Would do business again in a heartbeat.

Gave them another shot when my furnace quit. and it was much better. Responded in 20 minutes and were here in 3 hours. Got the part the next day and 2 hours after that nice warm air.
Very courteous service and very effective. One star off because they were very eager to replace the whole furnace rather than just the faulty circuit board. I see the point, it's pretty old, but the money isn't there right now.
New to me, they use an online service to do the estimate and accept payment by credit card or PayPal. Seamless.

I was looking for a contractor to install a backwater valve as part of the DC Backwater Valve program. I contacted Brian B Quick and Randy came out the same day to provide a quote. In addition to a great quote (and doing everything - from installation of the valve to re-cementing), Randy knew all the information needed for the Backwater Valve program and all the steps to complete it with the city.

Randy and his team came out the following week and had the job done within 3 days, and also got the inspection scheduled with the city very quickly. During the job, there were some unforeseen issues with my plumbing that Randy and his team addressed and informed me along the way.
