Tim Jones did a great job! He was very polite, gave me an estimate before doing the work and even though it took longer than expected the price didn't change

We had a leak coming from the 2nd floor bathroom into the kitchen. They came out diagnosted the problem, charged us $2500 to Fix it. It leaked again, they came out and couldn't find anything, they came out a 3rd time and said they would charge me another $250 to diagnosis the problem even if they can't find the problem.. absolutely horrible business practices! Run.. if you have any real plumbing issues, this is not the place. Maybe they can do install for you

Brian, Cher, Rob, and the whole team were fantastic. There's always unforseen issues, but the team was able to overcome them and keep the project on schedule. The project was massive, involving digging, line work, and putback.

Customer service was incredible, Brian explained everything, answered every question promptly and professionally, and just did incredibly well.

Would highly recommend.

Could not be more impressed. I called last night after 5 because we had no hot water. This morning Tim was out here by 930 - as promised.
He was here about half an hour and determined that the breaker wasn't completely on.
We felt like idiots but Tim was very polite and explained everything. I went to get my credit card and was told there was no charge.
I will use them anytime I need repairs. This is exactly how a business should deal with customers- like people not ATM's. I will recommend them from now on

We had a cracked pipe in our basement. We called on Super Bowl Sunday and someone came within an hour and the pipe was replaced that afternoon. Definitely would recommend.

Call Jiffy Plumbing, Heating & Cooling instead.

It turns out that plumbing is an art. I had a recent experience where an obstruction occurred out of the blue - one second it was working and the next, no pressure. There was no clear reason. I called Brian and used them bc, well, they were quick, but I would caution you to do the same. Herein lies my story, a cautionary tale:

Brian sent out a great tech - he was personable and a salesman through and through, which, no hate, I am, too. I enjoyed it...mostly (part feigning interest to get him to the end of his speech and put away his laminated card). I honestly really liked the tech. No hate.

The tech brought in his equipment and went to work, but was unable to find the source of the problem. He just kept doing the same thing (auger) over and over, and became increasingly concerned. He started spouting out theories - main drain line clog (whole condo building dealing with septic buildup in their drains, broken toilet, weird drain hookup). He settled on broken toilet (after removing the toilet. $419 for the call and an additional...$600 + labor for a new toilet?) Yikes. And then he left and told me to call back after the weekend to try and book the install...the toilet draining slower than it had before he got there.

So here i am, up sh*t's creek without a paddle (no pun intended) and my friend recommended I call Jiffy Plumbing Heating & Cooling and I am so glad that I did. Jiffy senT Vinh, with 20+ years of experience. Vinh spent 20min on my toilet TOPS and it was fixed. He used his vacuum to suction out the debris (sponge...I swear to God) and that was that. He also told me that had he not been able to fix it, he wouldn't have charged me anything - they don't do service charges!!! They just charge to fix it. Wow. AND GET THIS, it was almost $50 cheaper than Brian's service call.

The moral of the story? Good help is hard to find and Jiffy is just that. Keep these guys in your back pocket. (I am not in anyway affiliated with Jiffy - just trying to help people out in a bin

For a quality plumber and HVAC expert, you often sacrifice somewhere- customer service, time, etc. NOT with Brian B. Quick. The day our radiators stop working, we called Brian B. Quick. The person on the phone was empathetic, efficient, and had a technician scheduled to come out within hours. Once here, the technician identified the problem- our boiler was clogged. He fixed it at no charge and gave us a quote for it to be replaced. A surprisingly enjoyed experience from start to finish.

I work from home and my schedule is completely flexible. The provider rescheduled 3 times on their end and I gave up.

I received multiple emails from DC Water about continuing water usage, meaning there was a leak somewhere. Our toilet in the basement was running off and on, so we figured that was the problem. A technician from Brian B Quick came and easily fixed the problem, or so we thought, then proceeded to diagnose other problems. When we received different quotes (which come in labeled packages), the basement toilet did not appear, as the problem was supposedly fixed. I continued to receive emails from DC Water regarding the continuing water usage. When I called Brian B Quick to inform them that the problem had not been remedied, they said it did not appear on the quotes provided so they would have to send out a technician again to check the same problem. I called DC Water and they told me that the plumber should have tested all the toilets by turning them off and checking the meter to make sure water was not running. Needless to say, I am currently doing that work.

I experienced BBQ as entirely scammy. The final price quoted for installation of a disposal was almost twice what was quoted up front, with the excuse that all kinds of parts were needed. I was not there so paid. But the basis for this statement is that the estimate for further work was padded with parts that the plumbr I had to do the installatoin did not mention
