Unbelievable.
I've never experienced such honesty and generosity. Randy came over immediately, figured out and fixed the problem quickly. And he then refused to take any payment! He said didn't feel comfortable taking any money since he didn't have to use any parts. But he still drove all the way here and spent an hour or two of his time. I was really taken back by the gesture.
Randy is the man! I'm going to go with this guy for everything I need.
I've had the Brian B Quick crew out to replace my HVAC and to fix and emergency leak in a bathroom sink. They're courteous, respond very quickly, and their rates are competitive from what I've seen. They do everything above board, make sure everything is well-cleaned after they are done with their work, and even went above and beyond on my HVAC repair when it was evident the original installation wasn't done correctly. Randy was super helpful in explaining everything to me, sent me pictures before and after and/or showed me the issues and the end result in person. Not only that, but they were able to fit me in for both my HVAC and plumbing WAY more quickly than anyone else.
Can't recommend them enough!
Hillary J.Note: I ended up not using his service, as thanks to Brian I discovered that I should have (and did have) a warranty on my AC unit. However, I felt moved to give a review and a 5 star rating by the honesty of his response during our first interaction.
We just moved into a newly renovated house, and when we tried to turn on the AC for the first time, we discovered that it didn't work, despite it being a brand new system. I called Brian, and he started by asking about the issue. When I mentioned that it was a new unit, he informed me that it should still be under warranty and advised me to contact the sellers agent who sold us the house to get the warranty information. He said he'd be happy to come help but didn't want me to have to spend money if I didn't have to. He was the first of the people I'd been calling for quotes who informed me of this.
I was very pleased to find a service provider who had the customer's best interest at heart and was very honest, rather than just trying to make a buck. That sort of honesty is just what you need when it comes to things related to repairs, as it's important to trust that the diagnostic and recommended fix are indeed what would be in the customer's best interest.
If I end up needing repairs in the future, I'd keep him in mind.

Randy, Brian & their colleagues are great. Very professional, honest, courteous, and go extra mile.
We had a gas leak discovered Sunday night. Gas company shut off gas and said leak was only on the outside pipe going into the house so our problem. Contacted Brian B Quick via Yelp and heard back quickly. Later talked to Randy, who came out next morning. Randy confirmed leak but also checked downstairs lines (unlike gas co. or other plumber who gave me an estimate) and suspected there were other leaks.
Walked me through pricing and gave advice on what to ask anyone else who came to give me an estimate for fixing just the pipe and another estimate if more work was required (it was). No charge for estimate.
Randy and Brian came back the next day. They explained issues thoroughly and showed where the leaks were using the soap & water test. All this was stuff Randy laid out to me day before, so there were no surprises in the cost. Began work that day. Colleagues and Brian came back next morning to finish. Advised someone would be back to put sealant on outside pipe and that we would need to have an inspector come so up to code.
The arrived early two of the days they were at my house (calling first to make sure it was ok to come) and on time the third day. And billing is all electronic through smartphone app and email. No paperwork to add to mess on my desk.
Highly recommend these guys.
Randy David is the BEST service provider that I have ever had in my entire life! I called him on Sunday morning because my air conditioning stopped working in the previous evening. I left a message and he called me back about 5 minutes later. After learning the issue, he immediately gave me instructions how to fix it. He even agreed for me to call him on WhatsApp video so that he can better guide me. After about 15 minutes on the phone with him, my air conditioner works again just fine. I wanted to pay him for his excellent and caring services, he insisted on not accepting payment since he thought it is nothing, it is actually the life saving in my side. Throughout the experience, he asked me to call or text if I have any other problems. When I texted him to update the situation, he responded back immediately. I am grateful for his help forever. If all of us are like him, the world should feel like heaven. When I told my family about the experience, nobody believes it's true. It's 100% true. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH RANDY.

Yin Y.Prompt responses: Called Randy for help on late Friday as our kitchen and dish washer sink were clogged. Randy scheduled a service visit at 8am the next day as I have an event to go at 10:30am.
Professional Service: Two plumbers came at 7:30am and fixed the problem in an hour. They were professional and patient in explaining things.
Reasonable cost: Cost is fair. A homeowner of 7 years in DC, I would highly recommend Randy's business.

Came home to find water on the ceiling and started panicking thinking the sprinkler system had burst and we'd be in for thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Called Brian B Quick at 6:00 on a Tuesday, and the phone was answered right away. Gave them my details, and they said Randy would be over immediately. 20 minutes after the initial call, Randy was there to check things out. Rather than start opening holes in the ceiling and starting the repair tab, Randy did a thorough visual inspection and found the problem was a leaking toilet on the floor above. He went to work right away and even took a trip to the Home Depot to get a piece he needed but didn't have on hand. About 90 minutes later the problem was solved and the charge was super reasonable. No extra charge for after hours service, no charge for the inspection, just quick honest service from a local company. Randy gave us his cell number and let us know we could call any time day or night if we needed help. Cannot say enough good about this business.
Hard not to leave 5 stars because he came over for no fee, took a look at the sink, and basically said that I should do it myself because he'd feel bad charging $500. (Turns out whoever put our sink in basically hammered it out of shape to fit it in the counter hole so no matter what fix he did it wouldn't quite work.) We will be redoing our kitchen in years to come and these guys will be at the top of the list when that time comes. Also points for timeliness - yelp messaged the night before and he was over the next evening. That's impressive!
