Absolutely avoid! The incompetence...just jaw dropping. I paid for an install of a ductless in March of 2022. When they installed it, they said 3 hours. Turned out to be 8 bc they clearly didn't know what they were doing. But finally it was done. It only worked a couple of days. Called them back, they ""fixed"" it. After about a week it died again. I called them but it turns out Brian was in Vegas bc of a wedding and honeymoon. Long and short: we had no ac for most of the summer bc, ""you called us at the worst time."" And that's MY problem, how? Finally came back towards the end of the summer. ""Fixed"" it again. Now it's May, 2023, fired up the ac. Guess what? It doesn't work again. I'd rather cut my own arm off them ever have to deal with these idiots again. I paid the several thousand dollars for nothing. They f**ked me. Now I'm going to hire someone competent to fix it. Just awful.

Brian Anthony's is a ripoff. This company will grossly overcharge you. They said they would charge $89 for an estimate, but that would go into the cost of the repair. I should have eaten the $89, because the repair cost $600 to put in a new sink faucet selling for $50 at Home Depot, and that's retail. It was a big mistake to agree to the repair.

Brian Anthony's refrigeration is a ripoff. He charge me $600 to put dye in my central ac and recharge my ac, it worked for a while. I called him back to check for a leak. My ac was blowing cool but not cold. A so-called ac tech came after I had called again and he told me that I needed a new ac unit, he didn't even check for a leak. I learned a lesson, look at their reviews. I give 1 star.

Got the job done for a great price. ($2000 bucks for furnace replacements and fixing chimney) If you want a cheap furnace he's your guy. Which cheapness come iffy service. He did not show up on time. He said it would take a few hours to install. Kept saying he needed more parts. Ended up having to cancel and delay U&O inspection do to him not being done when he said he would be and taking 2 extra days. (Selling house so u&o had to be done before sale). He knew about my inspection timing and said it would be fine but then failed to deliver on time. The duct work is poor. Completely functional but doesn't look pretty. Lines are not strait. Replaced furnace that had built in air filter with one that does not. Claims none do now days and the filter is in the return. This was not explained to me prior to him being done. So the system now has no filters until I replace the returns. I made the final payment In cash and it took him 2 weeks of me asking to get the receipt. He also refused to take the old furnace and wanted to leave it in my driveway. After insisting that he take it his employee called a scrap guy and it was taken care of. But certainly not full service. But hey, it was cheap. So good enough. If on a budget and you can deal with a little bs then go for it. If you can afford a little extra there may be some better options that are less headache.

This company does not pay its bills. They signed a contract to rent advertising, paid first month and that was it. The owner Brian would not call back or answer the phone. We would not recommend a company that doesn't pay their bills, cannot be trusted.

Don't hire!!! They claimed my a/c coils had a crack. When I got there to take a look one of the workers ran past me with the coils and threw them in his truck.
They installed everything correctly but now there's a refrigerant leak. I called them to get them to come out and the guy doesn't show up for the appointment.

Called company during emergency. Water heater went. New one was installed, but incorrectly. Had to pay more money to get the problem fixed. Had also provided $300 for sealing of chimney which was NEVER completed. $300 was sent via Cash App, so bank can not refund. THIS IS HOW HE STEALS. I am living on a fixed social security income, had paid for a service I never received, while the only service I did receive was improper. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Brian Hatcher owner of Brian Anthony's Refrigeration installed a new Central Heating and Air Units at my Home. After just 5 months the unit stopped working and was smoking in the new vents. When he came out to check it again he said the unit was not working do to water corosian and he said the company would not cover the warranty. Then he tried to sell me a new unit.
I called another HVAC Technician and he fixed the Heater with no problem. Brian's company had installed faulty vents near the unit.
I cannot advise anyone to use this man.

This is the first time I've ever posted a review. I felt it necessary based on my recent experience. Don't use this company for a few reasons. I found them on Home Advisor- this winter to work on my heater. I called them back to work on my AC. I found out They've recently been removed from the site. For unethical work practices. They are not dependable, and don't show up. They committed to fixing my AC, with dates and times When I called the company Brian the owner said he would be coming out but never heard from him again. Tried to reach them a few different times. Not a good way to run a company. I wouldn't trust these guys.
