Best Plumbing & Heating Company in Fairfield County!!!! Scott and the crew have done multiple projects at our house. Most recently they helped us remodel our master bathroom. Scott's design ideas and hard work helped us get the bathroom we always dreamed of!! He worked closely with my contractor without any issues. His guys were on time, professional, and did amazing work. I will only use Bria for any plumbing and heating projects!!

A no show after promising to stop by and no call to say ""sorry, let's reschedule."" No call back from them days after my last message asking ""what happened?"". Guess they don't need new customers. I know plumbers are busy in the winter. Why are there not enough plumbers to do the work in CT if that is the problem?

Don't know much about them but was referred. Need work done in Master Bath. Left a message to get an estimate. Two days later got a call back. One of the owners said they would come out to look on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Called me on Monday to say most likely Tuesday would call to confirm. Never called or never showed. It's been 10 days. There is a lack of plumbers who provide good customer service in Fairfield County. If they can't follow up to give an estimate I can't imagine how long a job takes.

I am relieved to have found Bria Plumbing. Scott has replaced corroding pipes in my old basement and I'm planning to have him back for preventive work. Bria Plumbing's prices are fair and affordable, and Scott has been reliable, accommodating with schedules, and most importantly to me, he does a superior plumbing job, far better than I've seen in the past. He is complete and thorough and pays attention to every detail. And to top it off, he does a great clean-up job. It's as though he is doing the job at his own house - this is how a business stays successful, excellence in every way.

This is my first Yelp! review but I had to do it b/c I would highly recommend Bria Plumbing & Heating. The owner Kevin and his partner Scott were so friendly and honest it was a breath of fresh air. We had them install a gas insert for our fireplace and help us to move and install our new thermostat. The employees of Bria Plumbing are professional and as nice as can be. You will not be disappointed. I would give 10 starts if I could.
