I had replaced the shower valve before and it is not rocket science. because of a misunderstanding with our property management company, I thought that the leaking shower valve would be paid for by the renters damage deposit. It was not paid for by the renters damage deposit and Brewers charged me $188. for a job that should be 15 minutes if the plumber has the appropriate replacement valve on his big work van. the technician broke the plastic handle getting it off and did not have the right parts on his big van so he left to search for parts. the water was turned off the whole time he was off looking for parts. the tech worked in a crouched position in the bathtub and left black marks from his shoes that I still haven't gotten out. My house is approximately 1 mile from brewer's shop so I don't know where he was at the whole time that he was out looking for parts.
This job should have cost $100 or less. the tech may have been having a bad day but why should I pay for him having to go search for parts that he should have on hand.
The next time I have a plumber out it will be anybody but Brewers.

What a outstanding fantastic company.
I can't say enough good things about this company I have a rental house and my aunt has 9 rentals and will only use brewers plumbing and you can always rely on Bruce and this company to fix the issue at a far price and great quality work. They had to do a big job and then almost a year later my tenants tell me tHey are having issues and with no hesitation Brewer plumbers came out and did a full inspection and ran a camera to verify the whole picture and determined that nothing was wrong. They easily could have charged me to come back out and instead was extremely eager to go look and see what tenants was talking about and make sure everything was good out there.

I wanted to be sure to leave a review because of what a wonderful job the guys at Brewer have done on multiple occasions at our home. This week was exceptional, we had a mainline issue and the old clay pipes needed to be replaced, it took only HOURS! The guys came dug up the old and laid the new the water was only off for maybe 3 hours and everything was put back together by 4pm. I was blown away by the professionalism, efficient work, and positive attitudes of the guys performing the work. Thank you Brewer Plumbing for taking such good care of our family!

Main line clogged. Young man came out to the airport from their location near pioneer parkway which is a 9 min drive. They originally charged travel time of 45 min. The kid snaked the main line for 15 min and said it was a crushed pipe and couldn't be fixed. They tried to charge over $225 but knocked bill down after I complained. However, we called another company who came out and actually fixed the problem (again in 15 min) and charged us $100 less. Sorry but the kid didn't know what he was doing.

I received a call at 8 am Friday morning telling me they would be out to my house between 3-5 pm. They never showed up and never called. I call Monday morning to find out what happened, left a message, and they never returned my call.

Mike from Brewer Plumbing was the greatest. He was on time, courteous, and a very efficient worker. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

They fixed the water pressure in my house by installing a new regulator on the main line. The next day the kitchen faucet was running low. They stopped by the following day and removed some debris caught in the faucet head and fixed it immediately. No charge. Friendly service and fair pricing. It's a two man operation so their can be a delay in their call back but they also have an emergency phone number just in case. I'll use them again.

We called Brewer on a Saturday, because they had installed our water heater 30 years ago, and it was leaking badly. They answered our call, and told us that our specialized water heater would probably take 2 weeks to order. They said they would call us on Monday after ordering the heater.
Monday morning they called to say they had a water heater from a different order that wouldn't need it for several weeks, and they could install it for us that morning. They installed the water heater before noon, and we are good to go.
Brewer Plumbing gave us amazingly incredible customer service, in a time when that is hard to find!!

Michael, from Brewer, Bid the job and performed the work! Always a good thing!
As a transplant and someone who appreciates good work, I went with them. Michael explained, was timely and did a great job fixing a serious hatchet-job by previous vendors for the sellers! Michael could have taken us too, because I didn't see what they did... All day job fixing what should have been done! Great outfit and highly recommend!

Waited 3 hours for them to show up to do a job !!! No call, No show. Called them to find out what happen. Left a message No call back. Awful customer service. Don't worry we will never call again !!!
