Isaac Brewer will defend his service techs to the death.
Be prepared for arrogant service and overcharging for unnecessary repairs.they will damage your equipment then claim it was your fault. Isaac doesn't care about you,it's about the money. He won't budge on his price,even though it's clear they overcharge.
They should be investigated.

Great service! Our AC broke on the first almost 100 degree day of the year. He was there within an hour at 8 at night on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. Insanely friendly, local place. We were back up in 45 minutes. We even signed up with them for a maintenance plan because we were so impressed with them. This will be the only place we ever call again.

Okay update, crew came out when they said they would, polite, knowledgeable. They even pointed out a mobile feature we didn't realize we had to control our thermostats. So that one off day aside I'd say they go above and beyond expectations.

If you have heat or air conditioning, you need Brewer Heating and Cooling! I am not a happy lady when I'm hot. Imagine my dismay when my AC stopped working last Saturday when it was 95°! I immediately connected with Landon at Brewer, who arrived within the hour to take a look. After a thorough inspection, both inside and out, Landon recommended that we have a service technician come out to complete repairs. Jay arrived at my house at 9pm on a Saturday night after working 12 hours in the stifling heat with a smile on his face. He quickly repaired our system and had it back up and running within 30 minutes! I was thrilled!

Landon and Jay were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can't say enough good about the two of them and Brewer Heating and Cooling! Thank you so much for making a really bad day so much better! I will highly recommend your services to anyone who asks!
