They came out and were shown the problem He could not fix it & left. They sent an estimate that was not competitive, a week later.
Then invoiced us $99 for the estimate, even though they don't inform us about it. Also, the tech was suppose to get a signature, but did not and put down ""no one to sign"". He could not get in the building if there was nobody to sign.
Not a bad way to make some money. Go out, not do the work, send a non-competitive estimate knowing the customer would go elsewhere, then charge $99 for an estimate that you did not tell the customer about.
Very similar to a previous review... perhaps a trend?
Tleauxs C.I have never used this company but I never will. One of their drivers, in truck #323 was driving slower than the other cars and we were all trying to turn. After I got to the other side of the road he immediately cut me off so I wasn't able to pass him. He did that on purpose. Then after that, once I was able to get passed him, I saw in his side mirror his face and he was snickering and as I passd him he honked his horn several times. I've worked for companies who believe that customer service is not just in the work they do, but also the way they treat people outside of the work environment.
Richard Q.My company used brewer for our business needs of plumbing and did a descent job. I called to ask if they did residential plumbing and they said they can handle residential needs. We had a plumber come out and he was very nice and saw the issue of putting in a couple traps in our bathroom sinks. The plumber went to replace one and saw that there was a larger issue with our plumbing. He said I'm sorry we will have to come out again and give an estimate because it will be a larger job. The disappointing factor of all of this is his manager made him charge me $95 for coming out and he was not even there for more than 20 min. They said if we used them for the larger job that could be credited back to me but I never received a call. If you are only a commercial plumbing company it's ok to tell me you don't do residential fixes. Not real impressed with customer service.
