On a Saturday Night we had a water-pipe leak, Jerry was the only plumber available.

He was very communicative and texted with us throughout the process. Sent him photos, and he was here in 30 mins.

Jerry was a big help when our dishwasher water line exploded and flooded the kitchen last week. He responded immediately on Yelp and arrived within 2 hours. He had to take apart the dishwasher to replace the line, but didn't charge me extra. He also figured out the root cause of the problem - the pressure regulator in the house had failed and the house plumbing had double the pressure it was supposed to have. He quoted me a reasonable price to replace the pressure regulator and did it quickly the same day. Thank you Jerry!

You never plan for home equipment to fail, but when our water heater went out in the evening, Jerry was not only friendly, professional, and informative over the phone but he was also willing and available to come out and assess the situation for us ASAP so our family and two young kids did not have to go long without hot water.
