From the first phone call, to the super quick follow up, to the coming out the very next day to see what the problem was ... and then to have a quick appointment (2 days later) and fix the problem, I give Brentwood Star Plumbing 5 stars. Nick was amazing and he walked me through the entire process. I believe the pricing was fair. I live in a 1930 house and it was a major leak/crack in the last of the cast iron pipes in my basement. We had a small geyser which created a lot of water all over the basement floor. This was a big problem that needed immediate attention and that is exactly what I got from BSP and Nick. Highly recommend!! (also it always is nice to have a kind person to work with too, extra bonus). I uploaded a picture of the geyser!

I am unable to get hold of them. It always goes into voicemail. IT says 24 hours, but I have tried calling them several times. It always goes to their voicemail.

I highly recommend Nick and his services! Went out of his way to fit me in his schedule and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently! He also noticed my faucet was out of whack and pro actively fixed that too. His customer service is top notch! You'll want to use him!

Nick was in our home yesterday to do an outdoor faucet repair. He is very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We have a couple of future plumbing projects and he was very willing to answer all our questions. We will be happy to call Nick again for any plumbing needs. He was also very tidy and clean.

Nick was a master at plumbing -I'm not just talking about fixing my pipes but at how to relate to a person who didn't know much about plumbing. He knew exactly what went wrong and how to find the pipe that had faltered. What was so great, he knew how important it was to explain in a way I could easily understand what went wrong and why. He also knew to make sure I checked with my insurance before he started working. And completely unrelated to my issue he also hooked me up with the info on how to drain my water heater yearly.
As far as price I really don't know how his prices compare to others - but I would venture they're comparable. Thanks nick!

Nick Watts far exceeded my expectations. I called him because I had a serious water heater problem. He responded that day. Got the leak stopped, checked out the situation under the house and asked all the appropriate questions. My house is 70 years old with galvanized pipes and I knew that I needed his help. He mapped out a plan of attack, broke the project into small jobs and gave me a firm estimate on each.
Nick and Tim, his father, showed up and set to work to complete all the projects. Two days of hard work, and they didn't leave until every faucet, drain and appliance had been fully checked out.
They are real professionals and so pleasant to work with.

No need to read reviews of other plumbers...Call Brentwood Star Plumbing if needing a plumber...Simple as that...Recently moved to the area and had home warranty issue (Water Leak). Called based on current reviews and Nick (owner) came out to fix the problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue, was patient while I was on phone with warranty company, charged an extremely fair price, and completed the work quickly and to complete satisfaction. Nick (and Brentwood Star Plumbing) just gained a loyal customer and I would 100% recommend! BTW, I was super impressed at how professional Nick was upon entering the house. He immediately introduced himself, took his shoes off (It was wet outside and he was sure not to track water or dirt throughout the home) and went right to work. Outstanding!!!

I called a week ago and set up an appointment with this company to take care of several plumbing issues in my house. They gave me a date that they would be here as well as a time frame of 10-12. At a few minutes before noon I called them to find out if they were showing up. Allison answered the phone and did not know why he wasn't here and told me she would find out and call me right back.

I was a service electrician for nearly 10 years. If I was on a job and I knew it would run over into my next scheduled appointment I would immediately call my next appointment and let them know that I would be later than expected. This company did not do that and in fact if I don't call them I'd be sitting here wondering ""where are they""?

She called me back and told me that it would be another or hour or so before they could come here. Really? I took my valuable vacation time to be here on time for you people and you couldn't even be responsible enough to be on time or to give me a phone call to tell me you were running behind. That kind of courtesy makes me not believe the 5 star rating others have given this company. Not only will you not be coming to my house you will not be touching my pipes.....ever.

As far as I am concerned you are inept and surely need some lessons in customer service.
