Stay away from this company. The customer service is terrible and they will over charge you for their services. There are much better companies in town that deserve your business.

The plumbers called to state they were running a little late rather than letting us wait all day. Both men were very polite and nice to speak to. We have used Brent's for a new water heater, bathroom faucets and kitchen faucet install and we will use them in the future.

Very rude. My garbage disposal needed repair because a penny got stuck in it and the guy laughed at me and said that was an expensive penny. Then they charged me $160.00. Wow, never again will I use this place.

I called to have someone come check my leaking water heater. Brent came over, stayed for maybe two minutes if that, looked at the water heater and said we needed a new one. No attempt to find where the leak was coming from, nothing. He gave my husband a quote on getting a replacement and left. We got a bill just shortly after for $70 for a maintenance fee. Now, I understand that there are charges to have someone to just come over, but seriously? A maintenance fee? He didn't even do anything at all. We ended up having a second plumber come out the same day, and they were able to at least put a temporary fix to the leak until we get the new heater in.

Very impressed with scheduling availability and customer service. Brent came out and completed work on gas boiler heat system. He assesed the system & diagnosed the problem (no heat to registers but thermostat working & pilot light lit) A faulty relay was determined to be the issue, he had the part in stock at shop, went and got it, fixed the unit in approx. 1.5 hour (not including drive time to shop) He recommended a full cleaning of unit by local heating company, showed me exactly why he felt it was needed. (There was soot below the replaced relay, which could be evidence of cause of relay failure). Quietest plumber I've ever had do work but imformative of unit (1977 gas hot water heat system) and needed maintenance.
I would recommend Brent & will call again if needed!

Very rude plumbers that do lousy work and then the company doesnct care about customer satisfaction. I'm hiring other plumbers to fix Brent's work.
