We used Brent for our kitchen remodel. He moved the plumbing so that we could move the sink when we remodeled. Instead of going through the concrete floor he went up through the ceiling. He added a pot filler for the stove. He installed a new faucet, installed our dishwasher, installed our gas stove in addition to moving the gas line. It seemed to be a fairly big job and he did it with ease. He answered all our questions and is easy to talk to. His crew is super nice, they were always punctual and very clean. Brent strikes me as a genuinely kind person. I always see his truck working around town. I'm very happy to highly recommend him and his team. After our kitchen remodel was complete our water heater went. Figures! He came out first thing the next morning to replace it. We will always use him for any plumbing needs.

Brent was awesome! We had a water leak at the hot water heater that caused alot of damage. He quickly came out, turned off the broken heater and removed it. He brought a temporary portable hot water heater for my tenant to use so she'd have hot water for the week it took for all the repairs. That was amazing and a life saver!!! He called me to follow up for a reinstallation date. Came out the next day, installed the new one, cleaned up and removed the temp unit and showed tenant how to use the new one. He was thourough, priced right, clean, friendly, knowledgable and on time- can't ask for better than Brent!

* Replaced manifold
* Replaced angle stop under toilet
* Installed new kitchen faucet and resealed sink

In my experience, Brent was always prompt in arriving for a job. He works efficiently, with high-quality results. Walks the homeowner through the quote and process, and answers all questions. I know he has another guy who works with him, but I've not had experience with that individual.

I highly-recommend Brent for any OC plumbing, and since he's based in Aliso Viejo, he's especially prompt for local plumbing needs.

If there was 6 stars I would give it. Brent has been doing work at my parents house for many years. Two re-routes for slab leaks, bathroom re-models, water heater install, and a handful of other small things. He provides without a doubt an exceptional service! I've watched a lot of contractors come through the house and he is by far the most honest and easy to talk to, combined with high knowledge of plumbing. What else can you ask for. He will answer all your questions, reasonable prices, will do quality work, no pressure into work you don't need, makes recommendations, stands by his work. In short he is such a cool guy you almost want a leak to see him again.

If you have something that needs to be done with water. You won't be disappointed with Brent.

Prior to Brent I watched my parents get SOAKED with astronomical prices by big name plumbing companies, for small jobs even.

His assistant, (can't remember his name), was on time and did a great job for a fraction of what I had quoted from Mike Diamond, (like less than a third the price).
