I contacted this company to do some basic plumbing work in my elderly grandmother's bathroom, specifically unclogging some drains and replacing a toilet. I called the day after they went out to do the estimate to get the results and had no estimate, called four days later again and they still couldn't give me an estimate and have not called me back yet a week and a half later. Not recommended. Call Hughes plumbing and they've already done the job. Complete waste of time dealing with them. I

We had had a problem with roots in drain before many years ago and it was quickly cleared up so I expected no problems when this company came out. Instead, after a few minutes work, the repair person says can't help & recommended thousands of $ of work. Both my husband & I wanted a 2nd opinion. Godlove Plumbing came out & in a few minutes FIXED the problem + gave us tips on how to alleviate the problem ourselves. We will tell this story to all our friends & family about how we threw our money down the now working drain with Brenneco.

A reputable company that provides quality services! I have hired this company multiple times over the years to help with jobs as large as repairing broken pipes to jobs as small as replacing shut off valves and installing faucets. The plumbers sent out are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. Although they are a bit pricier than some of the other plumbers in the area, I continually call them because I know I am getting quality work.

We needed our kitchen drain snaked on the Saturday morning if our son's graduation party. Showed up on time and spent an hour to be sure it was done. Great to work with and he saved the party.

It is by my choice to take the time to write this review regarding my experience with Brenneco Plumbing in Lafayette, Indiana. Brenneco was referred to me by a well regarded Heating and Air Conditioning Company also in Lafayette, Indiana. The lady that answered my phone call was very polite. She gave me a time and date ( the next day ) that the serviceman would arrive. Low and behold they arrived on time. He even called me, as I requested, to let me know when he was on his way to my location. Joe was very personable as well as professional. When I looked in the back of his truck, it was neat and well organized. Joe rearranged, cleaned up and repaired the problem. When the work was completed, he left the work area clean and neat. This is a true and honest review of my first, but not my last, experience with Brenneco Plumbing. I hope my review will help someone looking for a good and trustworthy plumber in the Lafayette, West Lafayette area find what they are looking for. Thank you Joe, Josh and the pleasant lady that answered my phone call. I will personally thank the Heating and Air Conditioning Company that referred me to Brenneco Plumbing.

Their plumber first gave us estimate of $989 for part an labor for fixing our water heater. Once we agreed then while putting the part the tech. has diagnosed another issue and charged another $396. We ended up paying $1385 and the problem has started within a month or so. When we called them again than they asked for $135 upfront to come and look at it.

STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND IN CAHOOTS!!!

I hate to leave bad reviews but this company doesn't deserve a good one. I called them about a new master bath rough in plumbing. guy came out took a look. said he'd get me a price ""maybe you'll like it maybe you won't"" he said. didn't seem to eager for the work and that panned out because time passed and passed and we had to call his office to get a price and they talked to him and relayed $5,000. Nothing in writing no details. I feel that's just a go the heck away price. It's about double of what every other company gave us. I don't know why they don't treat people right. we called them because we had them out for fix something and they fixed it, then it leaked and they came out and fixed it. but for this job they just blew me off. Maybe they've just got too much business to care? Well I won't be calling them again. They don't want my business and they might not want your either, so don't waste your time asking for a quote because they make you beg for it and then give you a ridiculous price to go pound sand. there are other companies that have legit 5 stars in town that did the bid i one day and and wanted our business.

Brenneco, and particularly Eric, did an outstanding job for us on a very challenging project. Our house was built in 1920, and the upstairs plumbing was installed in 1948; it was old cast iron and galvanized. We did the demolition down to the studs and needed all of the plumbing down through the soil stack replaced with PVC. The old plumbing was a bit of a ""hack"" job through 2x8 joists and it looked almost impossible to upgrade and replace with proper drains and source lines. Brenneco was the only provider who was willing to take on the job and replace all of the old pipes. Eric was able to pull it off in 2 days. The work was very high quality. Eric was fastidious in keeping the job site clean (which wasn't easy with all the plaster mess and busting through a chase), had good suggestions and instilled great confidence that he could make this all work and work well. In addition, Eric is just a truly good guy who was a pleasure to work with and have on the job. He is clearly very experienced and dedicated and I promise you, if you have a plumbing project you will be happy with the value you get from Brenneco. They also did our hot water heater last fall and we had a very similar experience. These guys are definitely our ""go-to"" plumbers.

Brenneco was very easy to use, they came and gave me a free estimate for plumbing issues within my rental home. I used Brenneco, not because they were the cheapest, but because they were very knowledgeable and could work with my busy schedule. Another plus, they left my home spotless, like they were never even there! Thanks for the great service, cleanliness, and convenience.

Professional, courteous, and mindful of your time is best way I can describe this family owned business. I have worked with Eric for several plumbing jobs around the house that I have not wanted to tackle or had the time/skill to tackle. They will give a free estimate. I have used them three times and each time the work was below or exactly as quoted. They take care to ensure there is minimum mess and clean up after themselves very well. In fairness I have noticed that there are cheaper plumbing places our there but I have been so impressed by the quality of this company that I am willing to pay a bit more to work with them. The biggest job I had them do was a new water heater, Eric did an awesome job and questioned me on what features were most important and then gave me options.
