Kevin is an excellent plumber. He knows his stuff, works efficiently, cleans up, and the result is excellent. I will certainly have him replace my boiler when the time comes....soon probably...but he was able to fix a decades old boiler so it worked perfectly for now!

Do not use this firm. They are incredibly old school. They refuse to use the new plumbing methods and materials. Several times they have worked on my apartment and each time I have had to fight with them to use the newer plumbing materials such as quarter turn shut offs -- they think that because one such valve failed once, all of them are bad. They also are not detailed oriented -- piping was not strapped that should have been strapped as it was in mid-air.

I've been having a cold shower in this beautiful Boston winter for 1 week before I found Kevin to help with my shower. Don't mistaken me. I have called around since day 1 after my shower died. Kevin returned my call promptly, showed up the same day to check on the problem, came up to my house, fixed the shower and saved me from another miserable day at the 3rd day.
Naturally plumbing is alien language to me but he explained everything nicely, considered all potential problems and minimize them. It gets better, his fee is more than reasonable. What else do you want from a plumber except probably invite him for dinner after you know how nice he is and how grateful you are for him to come fix the problem in your desperation. All right, that's a bit too much. Probably sending a card in holiday will do. Joke aside, Kevin is THE GUY you want to call if anything happened to your plumbing system and I hope I have known about him earlier.

I bought a new gas range over the weekend. It was scheduled to deliver on Wednesday (yesterday) afternoon around 1:30. I made an appointment with one of the plumber from Brennan that he would come in the morning to disconnect the flex line, so that the delivery guys would be able to haul away the old range in the afternoon. In the phone, we had settled down everything, time, address, price etc. Until 10 AM yesterday, the plumber was not yet to come. I called him. He said he was busy on some other things and couldn't come... It's fine if he had other more important appointment to change the schedule, but he should at least notify me in advance so that I didn't have to call other plumbers just couple hours before the delivery time. This company just has bad faith!!!

Kevin and Sean came to educate me about our steam heat & boiler (we've only every experienced forced air furnaces in our previous home). They taught me what to look for and how to maintain things at the boiler end and the radiators, and found several non-working or blocked components that they promptly corrected. They were friendly and informative, and the system seems to be working great now that we've had to heat a couple of times.

I'll gladly call them again for any plumbing/heating issues.

We had a problem with our toilet and our landlord needed an estimate on his boiler replaced. We called 2 plumbers, one recommend by word of mouth and one on Angies list. Both said they would call us back to set up a time to come out, (2X's) and neither followed up. Our landlord found an old card he had with Brennan Plumbing & Heating's phone number listed. He called and the next day they were here and solved the problem and called our landlord back with the estimate and other information re his boiler replacement. Will definitely call them again if any plumbing issues occur in the future.

This company was referred to me by our local DPW along with two others. Brennan responded quickly and completely and became the obvious choice. They coordinated a replacement plan for my old boiler (from oil to gas), contracted for asbestos remediation, provided data for the Mass Savings energy plan and coordinated with an electrician to get my new system installed. This is my first heating season with it and it is well balance, efficient and well suited for my home.
