Called Breitenbach Sunday night when my water heater failed. Got a call back first thing Monday morning. Got a fixed price for the job and explanation of what was involved and how much time it would take. Plumber Frank came on time as scheduled Wednesday morning. Frank explained the job and extra safety feature the company added to all heaters. Installation took three hours as advised and was neat, clean and better than the original installation by another plumber. Would certainly use this firm again.

I believe this company has a number of employees. I was impressed when one of the owners came out to give me a quote. Then impressed again with the work done by the visiting plumber. The work was to stop two gas leaks from a long pipe that was under the span of my deck. The plumber needed to climb under into a crawl space. where there was a thick layer of stone. (It would have been an uncomfortable place to work! The original installer from years ago, should have painted the pipe to prevent corrosion. But did not. So several years down the road, the pipe was beginning to fail. The Breitenbach plumber came out, painted the pipe with the appropriate kind of sealing paint, fixed the gas leaks, and four years since, I have not had any problem. I deem them as highly competent.

We had a water heater replaced,3 new zone valves on our heating system,garbage disposal removed,3 new Honeywell lyric thermostats installed and some sort of valve replaced on our hot water baseboard heat system. The job was all done neatly and quickly. They know what they are doing. GREAT JOB

WE had a gas pipe to the poo heaterl that had rotted in on spot. It had been in the ground for 30+ years and I was expecting to have to replace the entire line. Bob took the time and worked with a set of chisels, like a skilled surgeon, and was able to save the line and replaced the rotted piece. Almost any other plumber would have just looked at the situation and not even attempted to repair the line which probably would have cost over $4000.00. Thank you so much for the great job.
