Debbie NEEDS TO RETIRE. She cant remember what was said the day before... LIE, LIE, LIE .... Get your quote in writing!!!!! Never again this company.. The plumber ( Rene ) was spot on with his work (*****) . . I feel sorry for him and his brother Cris ( Cris did work for me 3 years ago, left a great review on Brehm's Google review ) got ripped off IMO.. asked for something special, did not get what I was quoted by phone! Again, GET it in writing... Owner: Get with the program, you will not get much repeat business . . . Get someone sharp behind that phone!!!

PLUMBER ONLY REVIEW, NOT THE BUSINESS!!!! Rene came out and replaced my water heater... wrong one per quote but not his fault, front office fault... He did a great job and is very smart, knowledgeable, professional, polite... He just works for this outfit.. He and his brother Cris should own it.. Office cant figure out crap... get your quote IN WRITING ... I feel sorry for these plumbers that have to put up with this kind of nonsense from the office that cant remember what was said on phone and will deny it all ... be aware, and again, GET IT IN WRITING!!!! This review is for the plumber Rene, NOT THE COMPANY, Company sux... ( Thanks Rene for the good install job ) as for Debbie: ""RETIRE"" !!!

Debby called to send out plumbers to work on mine and my neighbor's apartments. It's difficult coordinating 2 households. Plumbers decided not to show up or even call to reschedule. I called and of course, no answer.

Last weekI called Brehm Plumbing and made an app. to change a shower control valve in my bathroom, they were scheduled to be there on Friday 12/9/22 after 1:00 pm well guess what they never showed up, I called at 3 to see when they would be there, and no answer so I left a message with my name and # and again at 5 pm still no answer and no call back, so I ask them to call and let me know if they were coming or not????? It's now Tiesday the 13th and still no call, they are in my book useless and I urge you to call anyone else in our area other than Brehm Plumbing !!! As far as I am concerned they are useless !!!!!! We had a leaking kitchen faucet. Two men were sent to our house within a couple of hours and immediately identified the cause by taking a video up under the sink and showing me the water running out. They had a replacement faucet in the truck which was exactly the right finish and pull out head I wanted. The hot water shut off was badly corroded and couldn't be shut off. They replaced the faucet and valve in a little over and hour, left the area immaculate, and the charge was much less than I expected. I absolutely recommend this company.

We had a leak under the bathroom sink. They came promptly, repaired nicely, reasonable price and very professional. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
