I needed a window AC installed at the top of my window. I knew this would be more expensive than installing it the standard way, at the bottom of the windows I consulted HomeAdvisor.com and got a few names. Most were going to charge $130 just to walk in the door, no matter how they were installing it. I found one who would install it at the top for $160. But he blew off 2 appointments. So I hit Craigslist, found Josh, was impressed with the professionalism of his ad, and contacted him. He replied IMMEDIATELY. He asked for pics of the window and brackets I had, which impressed me. Then he suggested I use a higher grade aluminum for the brackets, which also impressed me. We set a price (lower than the guy who blew me off), set a time, he came, and he did the job beautifully. Go Josh!

Josh is the best! We don't have a car so he picked up our new unit for us for a fee that was still less than an Uber would have cost us and then did a great installation. Our building is really old so the previous unit was installed in a hard to get out way but Josh took care of it with no problem. It was in the middle of a hot summer and we had a hard time finding someone to install our two air conditioners on short notice. John AC Installation was the most reasonable price as I did a lot of shopping around.

We have very wide windows that the building replaced with a super cheap flimsy sill. I thought that having an AC in that window was no longer possible because our previous arrangement ripped through that cheap sill. Josh knew exactly what to do and very reasonably priced.

Highly recommend Josh for your AC install needs. He's skilled, communicative, and punctual. He transported my 80lb monster of an AC from a nearby spot then carried it up 5 flights of stairs without any help.
