I had a very unusual problem with my gas furnace. My furnace was putting out a very fine white powder. The powder covered everything in my house, got into my kitchen cabinets/drawers, in my closets, on my clothes, shoes, in my dresser drawers, etc. The problem has been going on for 3 years. I had 8 HVAC companies, several handymen, restoration company inspect my furnace. No one could figure out the problem. I even had the white powder analyzed. The lab didn't know what it was. I had my ducts and vents cleaned but the powder came back. Justin inspected my furnace and found right away that the heat exchanger had lots of cracks and wasn't safe to use. After the furnace was pulled out of the attic, it was discovered that the aluminum fin surfaces were covered with white powder which is oxidation on air-cooling coils. The system used refrigerant as the heater transfer fluid. The refrigerant when thru the aluminum coils during cooling/dehumidifying application. Theories are the coils produced white flakes during the cooling system, but the condensate on firms formed from dehumidifying the airstream condensate prevented the powder from going airborne. The heat from my gas furnace made the fine white powder go thru my furnace, duct work & out my vents. Justin removed my gas furnace and outside AC. Installed a heat pump, cleaned my ducts and vents. I'm so happy. He & his worker's did a great job!!

My water heater went out, and I called Breezy because I had heard good things about them, and they are right down the street. They were waiting for a delivery for a big job but found out it was delayed, so they sent out a tech right away and it was fixed within an hour!
I'm a retired small business owner and it's great to know that there are still some companies left that have honesty, integrity and values.

This company is one of the best I have had to my house. They were so knowledgeable with our ac unit told us what needed to be fixed. Had lots of ac gadgets to tell ac pressure. (Above my pay grade or knowledge) For our area I would highly recommend them. There customer service is above all other companies the best. This post is long over due!! I can not thank them enough for all the amazing work they have done at my home the fast response to having no ac in this desert heat is no joke. Just moving out here and finding a family owned company that's super honest and reliable, I couldn't have ask for anything more. My family is so thankful for the quality work Justin has done. We are looking forward to future plans of upgrading more equipment, and wouldn't chose anyone else. Update: We got our August Electric bill and we are VERY pleased to say the least! With our new Bosch system, the thermostat set to the same as the old system, 76 during the day, 73 at night, our bill is down over 32% with a savings of over $100! We are VERY impressed with this system and with Breezy Air! THANKS Justin & Breezy!!!
