A pipe burst in my home last weekend and Breeding and Day was able to get someone out right away! The technician was very kind and was able to fix the problem right away. We will be using Breeding and Day for all of our plumbing needs!

This company is truly professional.
I haven't received my quote yet for a new AC, but, after getting the run around from a few companies including Chris Day and Company-I called and two HVAC techs came out the same day.

[After being treated so badly by two companies-the one I previously mentioned had someone come out for a service call on my inoperative AC and refused to do any work, wanting only to send someone back for an estimate on a new unit-he never even went so far as to see one of the problems was a tripped circuit breaker!! The next company Service Pro came out, charged 200.00 but found the tripped circuit breaker and said they had to order some equipment....they never called back and never returned 3 calls I made]

So, you can imagine after what we'd been through, I was very wary.
Breeding and Day was very professional, sent out two people, they wore booties in the home, ran up and down and in and out of the house.

Finally, I have to edit my review. Although they quickly diagnosed my problem, they were quite slow in getting me a firm answer as to what size and type units I needed. Instead of replacing one and waiting to get enough info for the other one, they left me hanging in 95 degree temps.
The technician said he thought I would want to wait and replace both zones together---I said why would I want to be sweating in my kitchen while awaiting them to get someone out to confirm what was needed in my bedroom.

When I called the owner, it was a few days until he responded.
I was very frustrated they kept telling me the person who knows how to do ""Zoning"" and cancelled the appt could not be pinned down because he doesn't work for Breeding and Day.
