I have called and referred people over to bredahl many times, they are timely and have friendly techs. You pay for what you get and get great service from Kim the service manager.

Was referred to Bredahl from a community manager and contacted Bredahl to explain job and get estimated pricing which I knew would be a loose figure based on estimated hours and materials. Called plumber day before to explain project, length of runs so that he came prepared for job and I wouldn't get charged for time wasted. He came with wrong length of water line tubing so left for hour that I was billed for to grab supplies for my job and for what he told me another job. Upon returning plumber said he couldn't install because all cabinets weren't set in place although I explained they were for the areas the plumbing effected. Came back I few days later and finished job (plumber was friendly, did a good job what I expected to be done from first visit). Upon billing I was billed for more than parts cost (had invoiced tracked) and more time then he spent at job. Upon debriefing with representative, she took $100 off the bill that was $500 over original quoted price . As I am a former contractor I understand businesses need to make money but this experience was not a good one.
