Marc did the rough-in for my new MIL unit and did a great job! He and his partner were very friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend them.

I needed an appliance installed. It required some special parts which Marc carried in his truck. The appluance was expertly installed with alacrity. Just before he arrived we had a plumbing emergency which he handled immediately.
I was very much impressed by Marc's knowledge, professionalism and how well he was prepared to meet our special challenges. Not only that but he was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Marc is my forever plumber

Similar to the person from a recent review, I was quoted one price over the phone and, almost immediately, felt like I was being prepped for the classic bait and switch, with a stern, repeated warning that if ANY extra work had to be done, I would be charged accordingly. The fellas did have to dig a bit extra but, for the most part, the leak and repairs were what and where we suspected. No big surprises there.

I suspect Mark underbid the job and, in an effort to recoup his loss, inflated the final bill to a whopping $500, revealed only after the work was completed. What's more, he swore at and belittled an employee in my presence--not cool! Do yourself a favor and pay a little more money for a lot more decorum and professionalism. If I had it to do over again, that is exactly what I would do.

I hate to write this review but he asked I leave one so... I called mark to come out and fix the pipes under our rental property as they had disconnected and food from our garbage disposal had been collecting under the house (pretty gross) . I told mark all of this on the phone before he came out to do the job. He had quoted me at 300.00 for the work. The morning he came to get started He showed up with another guy who asked to use our bathroom 3 times in an hour and actually pissed on the seat a bit, not joking. Once he was under the house he decided the scope of work was more and said 550. Being a rental home I had to check with the owner before going a head with the work. He was extremely agitated about this to the point of almost yelling at me and got into it with my land lord on the phone. The owner reluctantly approved the work but mark loudly complained the entire time he was here about having to do the job"" the crawl space is too fucking small"" ""it's digesting under there"" ect ect. I didn't tell you to become a plumber? Crawling into small dark gross places is unfortunately part of the career you choose? It was really unprofessional and an all around awful experience. I will not be calling his Comapny again.

We had an emergency and Mark was at our house in an hour. He diagnosed the problems very quickly and accurately, went to work and had everything working better than ever in about another 90 minutes. Very impressive from start to finish. Thoughtful, thorough and excellent at communicating both the problems and the solutions. I am hanging onto his card and while I hope not to need his services anytime soon, I am very grateful I now have the name and number of a terrific plumber.

I was referred to Marc at A-Breakthrough Plumbing and Remodeling as a part of ""get your house ready to sell"" process through our realtor team. We had an old, old water heater and needed a replacement ASAP. Marc gave me a quote over the phone after I sent him pictures measures through text. He came in the same week, was prompt, no nonsense/straight shooter. Fantastic. I would call him again if we had any issues that they are specialists in.

Mark came to my house to fix a leak coming from my dining room ceiling! He claimed it was the tub overflow valve. So he cut a hole in my ceiling and replaced it. 3 days later water is pouring from the hole he cut in my ceiling. Mark came back and determined that it was not the overflow it was cracked piping in the bathroom (another hole cut in my son's room). He constantly spoke about how terrible my piping was, but he would warranty his work for 2 years. 1 month or so later, water is coming through ceiling hole again. Mark is back and said the other side of the work he did now cracked. On the 4th visit, Mark came back out put in some shark bites and copper piping and was now confident the leak would be gone. I'm typing this review 9 days after his final visit because water is leaking out of his work again. Mark does NOT do quality work at all. I will be requesting a 100% refund, as I'm now forced to bring In a new plumber!

Advertisement says that they're open 24hrs, 7 days/week but when I called Saturday evening, there was no answer (sounded like a cell phone number that purposely ended the call). Based on this, Methinks not.

Fantastic service!
Had service line leak in drive way. These guys are hard workers and very helpful.
Marc is fair, kind, professional and very meticulous. I think they did a great job and would call them in a heart beat if I ever have plumbing needs and recommend them highly.

Mark and his crew worked with my contractor on a remodel project in my basement
adding a kitchen and bathroom. As part of the remodel he had to reconfigure a
complicated tangle of pipes in my garage and we discovered my galvanized pipes
needed replacing too. I was able to get the entire job done with the additional new water service for a reasonable price and on time. Later I had some problems with drainage in the basement kitchen. Mark returned, snaked out the old clog, and gave me some down to earth preventive maintenance advice. I was very pleased with his work
