This was my first time using this company and I'm very impressed. I was referred to them by HomeServe insurance company. The technician's that came to my home to repair a leaking gas line were Marcio and his assistant George. I will say this about these guys, very professional, knowledgeable, and take care of business right away. If I ever need to make another service call I will definitely ask them to send Marcio and his assistant. Great job guys!

Our air conditioner stopped working, completely shut down - terrible timing given the heat wave we are experiencing with outside temps at 100 degrees. I tried everything to get it working again but no success. I called Brea/Orange County Plumbing to come over and see why and what would be needed to get it working. Tony the technician checked everything and got the air conditioner up and running in relatively short time. Tony and his assistant were very personable, knowledgeable and told me exactly what they were checking and why. Great service. Oh, my gosh.

I E-MAILED my problem to Brea/Orange County Plumbing, describing it as accurately as I could. (I often prefer e-mails over phone calls.)

Within minutes after I sent the e-mail, I received a phone call. It was, indeed, Brea/ Orange County Plumbing. I confirmed the problem and let them know I was available any time, including now, to set up an appointment to have someone take a look at it.

Dominic was sent out and arrived about 30 minutes later... AND FIXED THE PROBLEM in TEN MINUTES!

My shower had very little water pressure because the bottom faucet below busted a piece at the base of it. (Or something like that.)

It turned out he had a replacement piece in his truck and literally less than ten minutes after he arrived my problem was solved and I was good to go.

You CANNOT script a better ending than that.

Tony and Daniel to the rescue!!! We have been dying that last few weeks. My brother tried to fix our AC unit on his own and almost started a fire. We thought we were goners and had to buy a new unit! Tony and Daniel showed up pinpointed all the errors my brother made in his repair attempt. Fixed and cleaned up everything repaired everything, rewirerd but it back together and bammm!!! Tony and Daniel did a phenomenal job. Our central air conditioner quit. Tony's troubleshooting sourced the problem very quickly and remedied the situation. He did not just finish his work and jet--he double checked everything and made completely sure that every aspect of the system worked perfectly. Brea Plumbing will not abandon customers--they installed this system and backed up the work. Their response was quick and communication was excellent--called when they were on the way--emailed that Tony would be arriving between a certain timeframe and they kept to it. My experience was perfect.

On May 26 we had these guys come out to replace and re-pipe our mobile home unit very simple one bathroom one kitchen, and one laundry room. They took over 12 hours and couldn't finish the job. The guys were polite about it that they broke their tool when they were trying to finish the job and they couldn't do it so they would come tomorrow morning to finish the repiping project. Had some issue the owner was able to solve. I think the owner came out. Andrew the employee was bad attitude next day but The owner is a nice guy, very confident person and took care of the problem with Andrew the employee and they handling the completion like pros. But his HR isn't hiring the best candidates for his company. Watch out for Andrew the employee.

We.had Brea Plumbing install a tankless water water heater a few before Christmas. They were the best price and had great customer service. The tech was great to work with and had a great attitude. Hands down an all around great experience.

Marcio came out and where many have failed he succeeded. He unclogged a hard line and was able to get everything moving again.
He was also courteous and answered a lot of questions.
Also the lady on the phone (reception) is very nice, she made me feel better about trying a new plumbing company. Happy it all worked out.
