Today I had an AC technician from Brea Plumbing & air conditioning. He was an amazing technician. His name is Michael Salvedo, and he was so professional & kind. Why can't more techs be kind and listen to the customer? He checked everything to repair my air conditioner, then scheduled a timely follow up appointment. Brea/Orange County Plumbing & Air Conditioning will be my repair company! Great service. Thanks Michael.

10/10 would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. Gage and George took care of the job quickly and efficiently. Definitely workers who knew what they were doing and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. They left everything so clean, you wouldn't have even known they were here. MyA/C was not cooling so I called to request service. They called me in the morning and I had service within 30 minutes as promised. They repaired it quickly and my house is now nice and cool on what is predicted to be a very hot weekend thanks to Tony and his helper.

a washer and dryer were to be installed but the installers saw a drip from one of the faucets and said they would not install until I had it replaced. I called Brea Plumbing and they sent Austin out right away. He said nothing was wrong with the faucet but installer still would not install washer. My son installed it. The quick response from Brea Plumbing was greatly appreciated. Still not sure how he got to my home so quick but he did. They are the best.

Had this company come out and repair my AC unit which is quite old. I know who needs AC in winter right? Had a couple days where I was fighting off a bug and was running a high fever so I tried to cool off. Sadly the motor to my condenser burned out. The technician (Tony and apprentice) came out and diagnosed a bad motor. Tony same back out couple of days later and replaced the motor. Showed me the motor was running good and pointed out the previous company from 3 years ago had installed incorrect after market motor which was Mickey moused into place with electrical tape to secure the motor. Also the incorrect motor was rated for the wrong RPMs so it was bound to fail.
Tony wired it up, ram the wires along the frame without any electrical tape and installed a new capacitor. Really professional work and this guy took pride in his workmanship. I really recommend this company. They called to schedule appointment, called to let me know when they were n their way. Overall excellent service and quite friendly. I would definitely use them again.

We had some storm sewer drain issues in our atrium. Tons of water would not go down in Fullerton during this storm cycle in 2023. I was greeted by great professionalism, attitudes, efficiency, and so much more from Gage Young and his team mate. I really enjoyed how quick this organization dispatched this team. Gage worked hard to snake out all the roots in our piping. I've used this organization a few times, and I am thankful they're always here to solve the most difficult issues we have!

It appears that Brea/Orange County Plumbing does not charge based on the work done but as much as they can based on your situation, such as, if you are in a bind, have repair/replacement service, live in a nice neighborhood, etc.

A couple of weeks ago my water heater started to leak so I called my repair/replacement service, HomeServe. A little later I got a call from Brea/Orange County Plumbing and they scheduled to come out between 3 and 4 pm but showed up 1:30 pm when I was still at work. Luckily someone was home and they let them in the garage where the heater is. Had I been home I would not have agreed to the deal because I know a thing or two about these things. I have even installed a heater twice over the years but I am no longer up to the task because of my age. And that's why I had purchased repair/replacement service which turned out to be a bad deal.

Brea Plumbing replaced the 50 gallon heater for $1750 which is around $400 more than it should have been for a basic heater. According to the technician (and online pricing) the heater costs around $800 and Brea's labor rate is $124/hr in their own words. It took them 2.5 hours to replace the heater including travel time. The supplies' cost was around $100.

The heater they installed is a basic heater with only 6 year warranty. Water heaters typically come with 6, 9 or 12 year warranty. It's slimmer than the previous heater because it doesn't have has much insulation which means higher gas bills.

Initially when I got the repair/replacement service the benefit was full cost of the repair/replacement. But some time later HomeServe reduced the benefit to $1000 max. I had paid HomeServe $750 dollars over the last 7 years and now I paid Brea Plumbing another $750. So my out of pocket total cost is $1500. In hind sight there was no benefit in having the repair/replacement service because one can get a 50 gallon water heater replaced for less than $1500.

Obviously Brea Plumbing doesn't believe in repeat business!

Tony and Mike installed a new Williams double wall heater today at our residence. They were very thorough and even replaced the old venting pipe in the attic that's wasn't originally installed correctly.
They put down heavy blankets to protect our hardwood floors and vacuumed around the work area when the job was completed. We were very satisfied with their work.
