I was out of town when my tenant contacted me about some leaks under three sinks in the house. I contacted Brian at BRD Plumbing and was quickly furnished with a reasonable quote. I proceeded to give him the contact information of my tenant to coordinate a day and time for an inspection. Within a few hours, Brian was at the house inspecting the problem. A couple of hours later, Brian had finished the job, furnished me with an invoice and sent me an email outlining the problem and recommending further action to prevent future problems due to the high water pressure situation he discovered. I sent his payment via Venmo although he does accept checks as well. His quick response, his knowledge and troubleshooting of the problem and the professionalism he showed the tenant puts Brian on my call list when future plumbing problems arise.
