Cliff and BRC have serviced our church for several years now. They are always prompt, courteous, and effective. Their prices are fair and, when adding systems, they have even encouraged us to do something that would cost us less than what we had planned.

I had work done years ago under the Lakeside Heating and Plumbing name, so this may not apply anymore. However to this day, I am still dealing with issues from their original work. The hot and cold plumbing to my sinks was installed in reverse. The toilets were not properly bolted down (they rocked) and screws that were used rusted and stained my tile floors. A wall mounted sink was installed crooked, one side higher than the other. There were other issues as well including a hole in my roof where an AC unit was installed. I would get water leakage when in rained hard.

I recently had some work done by another plumbing company and had to have them fix a lot of the issues from my original installation with Lakeside. Hopefully things have improved but if not, Caveat Emptor.
