I had been a customer for over 25 years with this company and always received good service, until recently when my water heater went out. I was greatly disappointed in the service I received! The service man that came out was VERY RUDE and disrespectful to me, raising his voice to me etc. Then when I was told the cost of the services, it was more than what I thought was fair. After some negotiation I was given my senior discount, still I feel that they ripped me off. I will not do business with this company EVER again! Avoid these people!!!

Great at taking calls and friendly, but good service ends there.

With sewer backing up into the house, I called. Plumber shows up, snakes drain and leaves. Next day, sewer is backing up again. So I called back. Same thing, same result. They say they need a camera to find the problem. Cost $450 for camera, and $150 for each "clean out". After sending camera down, they tell me "underground pipe is broken, we need to dig and replace it". I agree and beg them to hurry, because I can't keep paying $150 for a "clean out". 3 weeks, many calls and a couple more "clean outs" later, I finally decide to find someone else.

New guy came, cleaned it out the right way(3 inch blade for 4 inch pipe) and problem solved. 6 months later and still no more sewer in the house.

Either Brazosport Plumbing is very incompetent, or their business strategy is to keep charging for "clean outs". Either way, avoid this company.
