Mark serves as our Marketing Manager, steering our business growth and branding efforts. His focus is on engagement, developing marketing campaigns, and strengthening the Brazos Home Services identity. Prior to joining Brazos, Mark spent several years in Risk Management, providing insurance solutions for companies across the U.S. and internationally. With experience collaborating with contractors and entrepreneurs while studying Finance at the University of Houston, launching a business felt like a natural progression. After months of planning and calculated risks, he and his father teamed up to establish Brazos Home Services. In his downtime, you can frequently find Mark jamming to Creedence Clearwater Revival on his road trips around Texas.

We had a major leak on a weekend and I tried to call multiple plumbers who even advertised emergency service, but I couldn't get anyone. When I called Brazos and explained the situation, Tibu was there within 20 minutes. He and Mark worked for several hours and didn't just do a quick patch job, they rebuilt that area to ensure it won't happen again. All this on a Sunday, and the price was half what I expected. A week later, I was having trouble with our insurance company and Mark went above and beyond to help us get the damages covered. Not only are they a local, family-run business, they are honest, efficient and fairly priced. I hope to never go through this again, but Brazos Home Services will always be my first call for any plumbing needs.
