The plumber began with a lecture re using a toilet plunger for the kitchen. I told him I was a health insp for 27 yrs & know that but was desperate & would bleach later. He continued ad nauseum.He started with the $99 but warned it wasn't guaranteed & we'd need the ""HYDOJET"" service to be sure the line didn't get stopped up again & it'd be guaranteed then...on & on. How much? Over $400! No thanks. He went on that the offer comes with free A/C inspection. Don't need it. Have 20 people coming for dinner. Need sink cleared. Was condescending & told me I needed to listen to him. No, I don't. Just fix the drain for $99. If looks could kill... Will NEVER use them again.

High, high prices. Overcharge for everything. Wouldn't ever use again. They did a 2 hour job and charged over $2000. Get a local plumber. They are in collaboration with Mike Diamond plumber....avoid them both.
