I hired Braxton Britt Plumbing to come out and do, what according to their quote to my questions, would have come close to a $500 job. Our plumber came out and ignored the advice I was given as to the ONLY possible thing it could be, ignored all the things I told him we already had our handyman check, and set himself to work. To be honest with you, I was getting a bit upset about the time he was ""wasting"" by retracing steps already done! But then he comes back with, ""all done and the final bill is $125."" HUH?? Instead of listening to my thoughts on the problem, he used his professional skills and saved me a LOT of money that others would have gladly gone with my ideas first, then worked their ideas and then charged me that $500 I was expecting! So once again Braxton Britt Plumbing came through for me! They are very professional yet friendly and cordial while getting right to work. And once they've come to your place, the second time they come, the plumber tells you how much the bill is and then they bill you for their service. When people ask me if I know of a plumber to recommend, without hesitation I open the contacts in my phone and text them my Braxton Britt contact card!
