I called Josh last minute because the snow storm that hit Texas caused a leaky pipes in my house. He was there the same day! Fixed the problem in about an hour. He was very kind. Would recommend!

We called Bravo's Plumbing this morning to help with an outside faucet leak. Josh was able to help my husband fix it over the phone. He had my husband text pictures and called him right back. I'm so impressed! I plan to keep them in mind for any future work that I need done. Would recommend!

Ben and Josh just came out to fix a plumbing issue that we had and they were AMAZING! I am not one to write reviews but I feel as though these guys deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and excellent work. They were very helpful and also educated me on other my plumbing issues that were not related to the issue that they were called out to fix. I highly recommend Bravo's Plumbing and I will definitely do business with them again if I need a plumber.

I used Bravo Plumbing in the building of our new home and we are EXTREMELY satisfied with this company. They are very professional and so very helpful. We changed our mind on some fixtures in our master bath and they ordered them for us. They also returned promptly to replace the parts we changed. That was way above the call. They always kept in contact with us regarding the next visit and have helped us tremendously.I would very highly recommend this company

I had a friend that needed extensive plumbing repair work both above ground and underneath the slab. It was just her and her mother that lived there. They had extensive damage to there foundation due to old rotted cast iron pipe. I knew that it was not going to be cheap. I had never used Ben bravo plumbing before but I took a chance and recommend them to my friend. Best thing that could of happened for my friend and her mother who has cancer, by the way. He pulled all the proper permits and everything. Fix the problems with excellence. Then when it was time to Bill her out, found out that he knocked off over 2500.00 of the bill because of her financial distress. This is what good business is all about. Taking care of those who can't take care of themselves. God bless him for doing that.

I give one star only because he fixed my leak. I had a leak behind my tub faucet. It was soaking behind the wall. I called Bravo's Plumbing. He said he could be there in 30 minutes. Let me stress, I never said it was an emergency. I just told him I had a leak that needed to be fixed. He quoted me $225 on the phone without even seeing it. That should have been a red flag but I hired him anyway. My mistake. I was at work. My teenage daughter was home but had just been in a car wreck and was in no shape to keep an eye on things. When Bravo called me to get paid (and he stuck with the $225, even though he was only there about 15 minutes), he told me he had exended the pipe so if it leaked again, it would leak into the tub. I thought he meant he extended it one or two inches and that he had replaced it with a threaded pipe that I could just screw a new faucet onto, as I had screwed the old one off. No. I came home to a 10 inch copper pipe extending way out over my tube. No threads. No way to put a faucet on it. Oh, and he told me he would come back and put on a faucet for $125. I was taken all the way with this one. There is no doubt in my mind he had this set up from the minute he saw my situation and knew I wasn't home. I wrote an angry email and said I wanted him to come back and make it right, with no charge. I then called him the next day. He was rude. He didn't want to listen to anything. He said I told him I had an emergency (I never said emergency) and that I needed a leak fixed. He said he fixed the leak. That was all he had to do. Seriously? Is this how plumbers work? They charge you hundreds for every individual thing they do? OF COURSE I expected the leak to be repaired and my faucet (or one similar) to be back on and my tub in working condition. I do not think that is an unreasonable expectation. He said he would come back and put the "old" pipe back on. Is this how a person does business? Because he did not just say, ok, I'll come back and make it right, I now have a tub that I cannot use. I will never use this company again and I warn others about using it, as well.
