We had a surprise leak at 9 AM and I had to shut off water to the house. Sent a project request through Yelp and Bravo was the first to respond, then provided quote through messages, and scheduled to have him show up between 12 PM - 2 PM, Michael arrived at 1:30 PM, which is impressive considering my last minute request. I made the appointment at 11:58 AM and chose Bravo because while they have a handful of reviews, I liked that they were responsive to each review, it shows they're really intentional about connecting with their customers and providing good follow-up.

When Michael arrived, he went straight to work, assessed the situation and gave us feedback on what else should be fixed, but also didn't pressure or force us into anything, but did provide his card for future repairs.

The pipe was fixed with the house back to full water functionality by 1:35 PM. Michael was friendly and cost wise, he was the most competitive of the other offers I received.

My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. I will definitely recommend Bravo to my friends and family.

I received a number of different quotes varying greatly in price. Bravo Water Heaters and Plumbing was actually the last one I received a quote from. He took the time to go in my attic and actually see where the best place to run new copper pipes and install my water softener in the garage. The other plumbers skipped this step and wanted to break drywall and plaster which would've cost me much more to get it patched and repainted.

The day of installation they sent a young man named Arturo. Arturo was very professional and would reach out to me and give me different options on how the pipes could be placed, what he recommended and bounced ideas off me to suit what I was looking. He worked with me and was very patient while my 3 young kids were running around the house.

I saw Bravo Plumbing recommended on NextDoor, and contacted them for a
two-part residential project I needed done: to relocate a garden spigot in the back yard, and install an external shut-off valve on the water main where it enters the house. It was easy to schedule an appointment with Bravo within a week. The two technicians who provided a cost estimate for the spigot relocation were able to start and complete that part of the project the same afternoon. They then returned a couple days later with Mike, the owner, to
install the shut-off valve. The technicians, and Mike, were respectful, courteous and hard workers. Their charges were well within my budget; in fact, I had expected to pay more. I now have a go-to plumbing service I will call, from this point forward, as the need arises. The are very highly recommended!

Mike did a great job. We had a leak in the gas line and the gas company had shut us off. A few plumbers gave us the run around. We called Mike he showed up within the hour.
