Max is the owner of Bravo plumbing and did all the work himself with his son. He cares personally about every job he does because he wants the best for his clients and personally has ownership in every job.

Everything Bravo did was very clean. Plumbing can be a dirty job. Bravo has a special vacuum that gets all the water and other stuff completely cleaned up before they even start the job. There was not a drip or drop that could be found from their work. They also use protective booties to make sure all surfaces stay clean.

Within one morning my job was started and finished. There were no hidden issues that couldn't be fixed or needed a followup because Bravo came 100% prepared.

Skip was terrific! Right on time (at a difficult hour of the evening) and super friendly; he looked at issues in two bathrooms, advised us on what was needed, and came back the following morning to repair it all. Now everything's up and running. Bravo!

I hired them to clear a drain. Skip started the job and was going to return. He never came back and I never heard from them again. I guess that's why his name is Skip ... he skips out on customers! It was good that he ghosted me because I found the best plumbers and have used them for at least four big jobs! Blue Man's loss!

4 hours late. No call. Just needed the spout on a tub replaced. tried myself (followed the instructions recommended by phone- was told it couldn't hurt) but was still leaking from behind. Tech spent another 4 hours here. First, I gave him the spout to put on, but he rummaged through my box to find a different one that he like better (really?). Then he wanted to charge me $500 for what should have been a simple repair. Finally, he left with a couple of parts that were mine. I spoke to max on the phone, but it was his brother that came out. Didn't instill confidence from the get go.

Skip is the best! He has been to my mothers house a few times to fix 3 different bathrooms. He is always honest and goes above and beyond to get the job done

Fast response and on time arrival according to what dispatch promised. Quickly assessed the issue and proposed a solution and provided the quote. Work was done according to plan, he was thorough about every connection, took care to remove all damaged and old materials, and made clean and secure connections. Spent time checking for any leaks and making final adjustments. Cleaned up and vacuumed the area. Would recommend.

My mother owns property I'm Morristown P.A. When I arrived for a visit her water heater was broken. After a quick google search I found blue man plumbing and spoke to Max. He arrived at the time he said and gave me a fair price. Everything was so quick and easy. Max was courteous and professional. Max even called me a couple of days later to make sure everything was working properly. I will continue to call blue man plumbing if anything goes wrong on my mother's property again.

Good: I was able to call early in the morning and get an appointment the same day between 10 and 12. The tech came in the window I was given. A price was given.

Bad: The tech asked if I was busy the rest of the day and if he could take care of another customer to return in a couple oh hours. I said sure. The tech never returned, and never called to say he was running late. I called at 4 and was told another hour. No show. I called and cancelled the appt. Not sure if there was any chance of the guy returning. I have a feeling it was because I chose to spend 350 to unclog a pipe instead of 800 to replace plumbing. I cannot recommend this business. Pretty lousy business practice.

We had a clogged sewer pipe and phoned Blue Man to send someone over to fix it. Skip Weisner, the plumber, arrived shortly afterwards with a mask that he wore the entire time. Within minutes he surveyed the problem and clearly conveyed the solution to my husband and I . He came prepared with all the needed tools and worked nonstop in the pouring rain until he had cleared the pipe. He was highly skilled, determined, and polite. I would recommend Blue Man in a heart beat! I will certainly be using Blue Man again and requesting Skip. He was outstanding!
