I called Bravo Jetting Solutions after my regular plumber recommended their services for clearing our kitchen drain line. I was very pleased with the results. Jose explained every step of the hydro jetting process and answered all my questions. I really appreciate that they gave their price up front. Jose was careful to protect my hardwood floor and the inside of my kitchen cabinet. I was able to watch the display on the scope and Jose explained what I was seeing. He captured some of the video and sent it to my phone. I highly recommend this company.

I called late on a Saturday evening not expecting to reach a human being. Instead, I was connected with the boss of the company. I explained that I had come home to the master toilet dripping from the bolts holding the tank on so much so that it had flooded the bathroom and water had dripped through to the living room ceiling. Much to my surprise, he said a technician would come out within the hour to assess my problem and give me an estimate. Color me impressed!

After the technician, Steven, determined the problem and recommended replacing the at least 11-year-old toilet, he quoted me $571 for the new toilet and labor. He said the work would take 90 minutes at most, which is convenient and helpful so I wouldn't have to change my schedule too much to accommodate the project taking place, and said he would arrive between 9 and 10 Monday morning.

Then, at the appointed time, Steven arrived exactly at 9 am and started unloading his gear. Work began by 9:10 and he made fast progress.

I can honestly say this is the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure of working with! They were prompt, professional...and yes! REASONABLE in their pricing. I had them come out for a free quote and once he gave me the price I expanded the services from two faucet installations, to another, and plus fixing a toilet that has been a problem for years. He even went and got parts that he explained, were better than the ones that were included with my purchased faucets. He was 100% on spot. The problems that I had experienced for the past two years were gone. No more noise when I flushed a toilet or turned on the water. I had previously used Airbenders who charged me over 500 bucks to install something I did not need, and never fixed the problem. They just turned the water off on the faucet and said it was fixed after they came back. The owner said he would come back and install the faucet and when he did...said the faucet did not fit and left telling my son, ""hey, business is business"" with an arrogant attitude. Amazing how this company came out and installed the same faucet which Airbenders said would not fit. And all of this work I had done came in way under what I paid Airbenders. I have distributed Bravo cards to my neighbors and coworkers. Thank you BRAVO!

Steven and Gabe came on 3/17/2018. Great service and a very fair price. They didn't Nickle and dime me. They were on time and the service was faster than they predicted. They even changed the shower heads for me. They took the time to explain what happened, why it happened, and how to prevent it. We will always use them. Thanks again.
