I called Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving, not expecting anything till Friday or possibly Monday. I even asked if they were working Friday, ""we wasn't planning on it"", I was told...after I explained the situation I had, it seemed it was an easy fix, just a clog that needed professional service. I was told they would be by Friday with a motorized snake to fix the clog. I even asked if my number showed up on his caller ID so he could call me that Friday. Needless to say, Friday came and went without a call or visit...it's Sunday night and I finally fixed it on my own. I would NOT recommend anyone who says they'll be there then doesn't have the decency to even call. Since it's a small town I try to spread my money around to different local businesses, but Brauns lost any chance of my business again. I will definitely spread the word too!
