We've used Brauer's several times and have always been happy with the work. They installed a complete new system at my dad's, new system at our house, and converted my buddy's oil furnace to gas. No complaints from any of us.

Called for an estimate for insulation replacement on my unit. The guy that came out gave me a quote and said they would call me to schedule the repair. Somehow the word didn't get back to his scheduler so a week later I call and find out the bad news. Now I'm scrambling to find another company to do the job.

Mistakes happen, but the tone of the two employees I spoke to was very dismissive and unapologetic. Disappointed to say the least.

They will damage your system and are terrible at diagnostics telling you need to change out parts that don't need to. Stay away.

These guys are CROOKS! Do not use them. They are dishonest!

Mark, the technician, shorted power on my Carrier heat pump when servicing the fan motor (a $250 item). It caused $1381 in damage, to control board, thermostat, and furnace controller.

Mark documented on the work order that the system worked when he arrived, but now needed replacing.

The company refused to accept any responsible and even refuses to have anyone talk with me about the problem!. Michelle, the extremely rude phone lady, screens my calls to trash.

I had to pay another HVAC company almost $1,400 to fix their Damage - on top of the simple $250 fan motor that was the original issue.

This is a follow-up to this company concerning the water leak I previously reported in my home. In my initial review I stated the water was continuing to leak out the bottom of the unit into me garage. After many phone calls, emails and different service techs comming out to attempt fixing the problem, finally a tech came out and he stated my system had a aftermarket set of cooling coils in it which was defective and leaking. He recommended they be replaced with the factory coils. He said he had called Mr. Brauer's and reported such. He approved and replaced them.. The reason I held off on my update review is I was still was having water come out the bottom and into my garage. When I called I was assured that the water would stop and floor would dry up in a few days, for the water was comming from the soaked insulation of the unit. It finally did stop and the floor is now dry. I am therefore submitting my satisfaction for the outcome.
